Obtenez votre zen dans notre toute nouvelle maison contemporaine face Ă  la plage de 3 chambres Ă  coucher et 2 salles de bains entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e avec piscine, douche extĂ©rieure, barbecue et votre propre terrasse de yoga privĂ©e. Casa Pipa est une magnifique propriĂ©tĂ© en bord de mer avec une intimitĂ© totale dans la communautĂ© de Palm Beach Ă  Playa Grande. La plage naturelle et immaculĂ©e de Playa Grande est le paradis des surfeurs et un lieu de nidification pour les tortues luth. Pas de chaises d'hĂŽtel, pas de musique explosive, pas de jet-skis. Perroquets, colibris et singes hurleurs Ă  la place.

Le jardin est isolĂ© et sans voisins des deux cĂŽtĂ©s, il n'y a aucune distraction Ă  votre tranquillitĂ© sauf peut-ĂȘtre les oiseaux et les singes rĂ©sidents qui visitent tĂŽt le matin! Toutes les chambres et le salon ont la climatisation et des ventilateurs, nous fournissons des serviettes de plage et des draps, et les chambres ont de beaux grands placards en bois dur pour accueillir vos bagages. Notre cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et le barbecue extĂ©rieur vous invitent Ă  prĂ©parer vos repas de famille, et le grand patio couvert avec sa fantastique table en bois dur pour 10 personnes est l'endroit idĂ©al pour en profiter. Le patio dispose Ă©galement d'un grand canapĂ© d'extĂ©rieur, parfait pour la sieste bien mĂ©ritĂ©e dans la chaleur de midi.

La maison dispose d'un systĂšme d'alarme et de sĂ©curitĂ© pour votre confort. La zone avant peut accueillir 2 vĂ©hicules. Les supports de surf dans l'arriĂšre-cour permettent le stockage de plusieurs planches de surf et une ligne de vĂȘtements sĂ©chera vos serviettes pour une utilisation fraĂźche le lendemain.

Lovely palm beach estates property

My husband and I and our grown daughter and her boyfriend stayed at your home. Kitchen big enough for all of us nice showers and bathrooms spacious bedroom. Wonderful backyard area with private access to beach. Pool just big enough to cool off. Umbrella and chairs available to take to beach. Beautiful sunsets everyday.

AMAZING LOCATION

This was our first time traveling to the Playa Grande & Tamarindo area, so we did not know what to expect. The house was perfect for us, great location with complete privacy, the neighborhood was very quiet with everything you need to relax. There are 3-4 good restaurants in walking distance, I do recommend renting a golf cart to take yourself into the town of Playa Grande if you want to go shopping or try several other restaurants. We would definitely go back to this exact location.

Relaxation at its finest

Lovely property just as described. Lovely furnishing in and out. We spent alot of time out in back in pool Area. Convenient path to beach. Very relaxing. Well maintained. Wonderful caretaker very helpful if needed . We stayed in Palm Beach Estates several times and always had a wonderful experience.

Perfect location. Comfortable. Clean. Relaxing. 5 Stars.

This is an amazing vacation rental. The house is clean, comfortable and safe. The private beach access is amazing. The pool is small-ish but enough for a party of 5. It is walking distance to multiple restaurants, a surf shop and a market. The house manager sells fresh chocolate crossiants. The owners provide contact info for golf carts, private chefs and tours (Ariel at Playa Grande Tours is amazing). We hope to rent again. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation in a non-crowded beach town in Costa Rica...this rental is a perfect fit.

Private pathway to the waves

Our stay at Casa Pipa was delightful. No complaints at all about the house, everything was great. Our routine involved making coffee and strolling on our winding, sandy pathway to sit in the morning shade on the beach from 6:30 to 8:30 a.m. During the heat of the day, after a walk or a bike ride, we'd spent time in the shady hammock and the cool, refreshing pool. Sunset in the ocean with the surfers, then dinner out at one of the four nearby restaurants. Every night we ended up at the Grateful Hotel for amazing live music. We also took a sunset catamaran cruise where we saw dolphins and whales. Great trip all around and a fabulous house to stay in. We hope to return!

Location, location, location

The neighborhood and direct beach access at this house make for a super easy, relaxing vacation. Several restaurants and a market within walking distance so you really never have to leave the community. Short walk down the beach and 2 minute ferry ride across the river that connects to the ocean and you have access to all of tamarindo as well. We had some trouble with the AC unit getting cold in the master bedroom and there is no shampoo or conditioner provided so make sure to pack some. Other than that the house is well equipped. Bath and beach towels are provided. The pool is the perfect spot to cool off during the mid day heat. Do not miss sunset at the beach and order some croissants from Manfred- they are delicious!

Pura Vida!

Not enough superlatives to describe! For our family of four, this was the perfect place. Steps from incredible beach. Quiet. Great surfing. Amazing little community. Super chill and friendly. Casa Pipa was everything we needed. Clean, Simple. Comfortable. We even decided to stay 3 extra days. Communication with the owner and property manager could not have been better. We are 100% going back! So please don't book at the same time!

Great destination spot in Playa Grande

Place was a little difficult to find at 10 p.m. due to a flight delay. Took an extra hour than should have, but from there on out, it was great! Even though we never once felt unsafe our entire trip, we appreciated the security at the Palm Estates entrance and the security at Casa Pipa. The property is well maintained and up to date. Yard man came everyday! Not extravagant but above average so we felt at home. Beds were very comfortable & the bedrooms had more than enough storage place for our clothes. Bathrooms were above average as well, & very clean. Kitchen was equipped with really everything we needed. A dishwasher would have been a plus but not really a big deal. There's no washer or dryer but we found a sweet laundromat on the way to Playa Protero that did the job. ($5) per washer & big dryers for $5 as well. Great internet! Cable, but most everything in Spanish. I took a fire stick but having an IP address outside of the states blacked everything out. Missed first week of the Olympics. The selling point of this property is that you are literally steps from an absolutely gorgeous beach. Sweet waves. Soft sand. Nice outside shower to get the sand off. Beautiful birds & occasional monkeys high up in the treetops. Pool is smaller than expected, but adequate for 4 seniors to cool off. The bbq grill isn't propane so plan on buying briquets. There are two close restaurants that had good food at a reasonable price. This was our third visit to Costa Rica & Casa Pipa is by far our favorite so far. We liked it so much we asked if we could buy it! I'm sure we'll be back.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!

I have been coming to Playa Grande for many years, usually 3 times per year and have stayed in a lot of places. I can tell you that without a doubt Casa Pipa is by far the best house in the area. I was confused about the lack of reviews but realized that the house is brand new. The owners have done an amazing job - it is stylish, cozy, zen, cool and has everything you could possibly think of. The house is beach front and is separated by 10yards of green zone from the beach - you walk down your own little path to the beach. The property is lush and lovely with palm trees, pool, hammock, outdoor shower, BBQ, huge terrace with a lovely hardwood dining table and a comfy lounge area and even your own private Yoga deck! We loved to hang outside and enjoyed every moment. The bathrooms are breathtaking and the bedrooms cozy & zen. The kitchen is brand new - my wife wants the same at home now! The owners are sweet and extremely helpful. I can highly recommend Casa Pipa for everyone ... This is a real treat and I am not staying anywhere else!

Wow - Amazing - Magical - Paradise - Pura Vida

We come to Playa Grande virtually every year and usually stay at the owner's other house, which we loved. When that was rented for our dates this year, we got offered to stay at Casa Pipa....what an amazing surprise this was - it is a stunning, brand new house with everything you could ask for in a beach vacation including our own private beach access path, we loved it! Just as the owners promised, the entire house is new top to bottom including beautiful hardwood furniture, a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, new linens etc. The house is tastefully furnished and we absolutely loved to hang out on the huge covered terrace at the huge hardwood table to watch the birds in the backyard. We saw a troupe of monkeys nearly every day, and the fact that the house has no immediate neighbors was a huge plus. I enjoyed the yoga deck for my stretching exercises and we had several BBQ dinners prepared on the outdoor BBQ. The private beach path is 15 yards short and truly magical. The house is close to a few restaurants with the Café Mar Azul right across the street. If you are looking for a quiet, tranquil tropical retreat with all the amenities of a deluxe vacation, we highly recommend this gem.
