The Orinda Residence is a short driving distance to HWY 24 and Orinda BART, our Metro/Subway System. Minutes from Downtown San Francisco, U.C. Berkeley Campus, Berkeley Lawrence National Laboratory (World-class research center for Nuclear Science and High Energy Physics).

The Orinda Residence offers 1 private bedroom with 1 attached private bathroom. access to the living room, sunny family room, kitchen, laundry, and parking. Perfect for anyone who is visiting San Francisco Bay Area, especially for business, research work, on a job assignment or just visiting family and friends.

The rental offers safe Parking for only one (1) car, a Laundry facility, High-Speed WiFi Internet, and Cable TV. The bedroom has queen size bed, fine bed linens, and bath towels. Kitchen overlooking a beautiful garden.

The homeowners live on the property. The property has no pets and absolutely smoke-free with no loud music.

What a wonderful place!

This house has a million dollar view - it also has nice bedrooms, bathrooms, and a great kitchen. The owner is a charming lady who gave us a tour and a history before leaving us on our own. I don't recommend making the first drive up the mountain in the dark - fortunately, we did it in daylight - as the road is fairly twisty, but its worth it. The house is close enough to restaurants, UC Berkeley, and attractions that we didn't feel out of the way but it was still wonderful to get up and have breakfast under the pergola at the edge of the cliff to take in the fabulous view.

The view was amazing, I enjoy walking out each morning and evening and looking out over the horizon.

The property was beautiful! Peaceful. Alot of flowers a deer even walked near us up the driveway. Daisy, the home owner was so welcoming and kind, she left us flowers and chocolates for our Anniversary! We took a few walks in the morning, it was fun to walk the huge hills and look at different views.
