Me and my family have been coming to Daytona for over 20 years, wish I had found this condo sooner. Beautiful place with views of the river and ocean, sunsets are amazing. But what truly makes this place over the top are the owners Bill and his wife for sharing their condo. All the little and big things they do and provide are amazing. I can not say enough about them, wonderful people that make you feel like family.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by the incredible views. The layout was exceptionally spacious with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably without feeling crowded. The unit was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a seamless getaway. We would stay here again in a heart beat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier stay!

We had an amazing stay, everything was great. The view was amazing the access to the beach was great. The host made us feel very welcomed even left a nice little snack basket!! We were able to come together for the weekend and hang out catch up, cook some yummy food, soak up the sun and lounge in the pool. The epitome of good vibes and great people. By far my favorite vacation to date. I will definitely be trying to book again. The location was close to shops without being crowded. 10/10 highly recommend. Thank you again for opening you home and welcoming us this will be a trip we remember for a long time!

The first thing we noticed was how clean it smelled and looked. The communication with the host was the best. The complex was very nice also. I liked the storage closet in the garage. There were chairs, umbrellas, wagon, and toys for the kids. We loved the keyless property. Great stay for a great price. We will be going back.

The condo is beautiful and so is the ocean view! The owner is very accommodating to work with and personal. We loved how close the pool was to the beach and the pool itself was very clean as well as the condo. Great place to stay!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything you would need. You truly only need to bring your clothes. Bill had thought of every little detail to make his guest comfortable. Bill was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly. The whole family would like to return next year.

From booking to check in and check out, our host was absolutely wonderful! So responsive to all my questions and needs… the condo was gorgeous and super clean, with beautiful views of the ocean and easy access to beach, pool, fitness center and garage, and Bill went above and beyond with all the extra touches, even leaving welcome baskets of snacks and goodies for us, to make us feel truly at home. Would highly recommend, and would rebook, no hesitation!!

We had an amazing stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was just as the pictures showed if not a bit nicer. Everything was in working order and everything we needed (even beach things) was provided. Our host even left goodie baskets for us. I was also impressed with the host checking in with us during our stay to make sure all was well and we had everything we needed. They even offered to extend our stay since a couple of the days we stayed had bad weather. Excellent property and hosts. Great location as well.

Our trip to Daytona was great! Bill reached out to share check-in information with me via text a few days before our arrival. He was very responsive & checked on us on our arrival day. The condo is in a great location - near everything, but not in the middle of all of the action. Everything inside the condo was in excellent condition. The beds were comfortable, & our family of 5 had plenty of space. Parking can be an issue if you have multiple vehicles, but we were able to snag an exterior spot prior to our teen’s arrival. (She drove separately a few days after us.) My husband & I have already talked about trying to book with Bill again for our vacation next summer!
