OCEANVIEW Avon - Wahoo Circle - Beautiful MIRAMAR, and just two lots from the ocean, is where vacation dreams come true. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, MIRAMAR offers ocean views and access nearly as good as oceanfront. The first level features a fish cleaning station, dry entry, laundry area, half bath, and den/game room with foosball and TV. The second level has three generous-sized bedrooms, one bath and two shaded decks - one with a 6-person hot tub. The top level features the great room with cathedral ceiling, outstanding ocean views, and full bath. The comfortable living area opens to a wide oceanfront deck with beautiful ocean views. The kitchen with breakfast bar and adjacent dining area will delight the chef in your group. The fourth bedroom offers access to the full bath and private balcony. Tastefully decorated, MIRAMAR is sure to please even the most discriminating beachgoers.

This house was perfect for us for a week! The outside was plenty - the very brief walk to the beach was beautiful as well as short - the balcony looked right at the waves!! We have a new vacation spot now. Thanks OBX.

Great views!

Great views, house was nicer than online photos! Kitchen was fairly well supplied. Rental company provided basic starter cleaning kit. NEW SOFA AND LARGE tV in living room. Rokus on all TVs and good wifi.

Nice house close to beach

The location is great! House is roomy and we enjoyed our stay. It’s a bit dated overall and had some cleaning and maintenance issues but property mgt was responsive and did everything the could to help! Sand spurs in the grass on both sides of the car port are a real problem. They did mow the grass at our request halfway through the week but the spurs remained troublesome.

We enjoyed our week. Great location. Everything was as expected. Oven could have been cleaned, set off fire alarm with every use. Note on needing your own soaps , paper townels and TP would have been helpful. We brought our own linens. We had a wonderful vacation ! Deck facing beach was awesome !

Awesome vacay!

The house is very comfy and family/pet friendly. The view is amazing and beach access is a 2 min walk. We actually saw deer in the mornings as the wildlife is abundant with all the surrounding vegetation. We know the owners are continuing to make improvements and our only suggestions would be, more comfortable mattresses in kid’s rooms and some kitchen amenities upgrades. House needs updated coffee pot, fridge, stove and microwave as well as in desperate need of working knives, kitchen utensils, plates and good pots and pans. We will continue to rebook and bring our own kitchen items.

Great location

This home was in a great location with great views of the ocean. Comfortable for our family of four (with room for a couple more). Loved the outside homemade furniture. Clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend.
