Treat your family to a getaway that will be As Good As It Gets! Adventures are guaranteed at this soundside home in South Avon's quiet Askin's Creek subdivision. The ground level has ample parking, a carport, an outdoor shower, charcoal grill and an under-house entry. The first floor features a private bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom, and a nearby laundry area. The second floor houses three bedrooms. The second bedroom is a large master suite with a king bed, a private bathroom, and deck access. The third and fourth bedrooms have deck access and are close to a bathroom and the formal entry.

Sit back and relax in the hot tub, which is easily accessible on the top deck. The spacious great room is almost too good to be true, with tall ceilings, a half-bath, upscale furnishings, and an entertainment center with surround sound and more than 150 videos. Family nights will flourish in the full kitchen with a breakfast bar and a nearby dining area. Wide sun decks catch the best sunsets with views 24-7. The fifth bedroom is an expansive master suite with a bathroom and deck access. With a perfect vacation design and a fabulous location with postcard views, this vacation destination is truly As Good As It Gets!

When I called to try and check in early, I was told that the cleaning crew was NOT done. When I did get to the house, NONE OF THE BEDS had ANY linen. Somebody, please tell me how could the house been cleaned the same day and NO linens or towels been left!!

Great location!

This was a great vacation spot for our family and friends. Plenty of space for all of us and the deck was our favorite spot to relax! Short walk to the beach and just enough places to eat and stores to have options.

Beautiful home in OBX perfect for large family

We loved having enough bedrooms and bathrooms for every one. We loved the collection of VHS/DVD’s available for when it rained and late nights. Really fun blasts from the past. We loved the big windows in the living room, the large deck, we loved having the fully stocked kitchen and large refrigerator, as well as long dining table to fit all 10 of us. This house gave everyone enough space to be able to have their own space, which is important with teenagers.

Great stay!

This home was perfect for our vacation. Very comfortable for our group of 7. Notable things are the spacious living and dining area and easy check in and out process. Its a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the grocery store. Would recommend for any larger groups, and would definitely stay here again my self.

Great House and Great Maintenance Response

We really enjoyed our stay. There were a few small issues day 1 that maintenance responded to immediately. They were quick and friendly. The house it's self had a good layout and decent bedding. The water was hot for the shower so that was great. Water pressure was decent. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all week.

Fits the needs of a large group

The views and sunsets were amazing! Especially watching it from the hot tub on the top deck! Spacious for many people and my dogs were happy to be able to run around the deck. Close to the beach! We enjoyed our stay as a family of 6 + 2 dogs

So nice and so clean

Wonderful house, super clean, comfy beds and really awesome views on both sides of the property! Lots of stars out with a great view of them from the well kept hot tub!

Close to beach!

The house was within easy walking distance to the beach. My dog loved lounging in the sun on the deck, and the hot tub was great. Beds were comfortable. Certain areas of the home could have been cleaner on arrival. Overall a nice stay!
