"We had friends visiting from out of state and wanted them to experience our love of OBX! The condo was perfect!! It was clean and spacious with breathtaking views of the sound! Check-in and check-out were great and communication was fantastic! Location is the best! It’s quiet, yet close to anything you need! We highly recommend this condo for your stay in OBX! "

"Wonderful stay! Awesome property! Perfectly clean! Would give it 10 stars if that were an option. Very comfortable with all the amenities needed for a marvelous stay. Beautifully decorated. Fantastic view. Really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the pelicans, cormorants, and gulls as well as the jumping mullet. Mike is an excellent host! This is our second time staying at Mariner's Terrace. Definitely would stay again. "

"Fantastic house for any vacation. It was exactly as described in the site and the amenities were terrific. We spent our time between walking to the beach, kayaking on the sound, and getting a driving permit to go to the beach south of town. One day we chilled out at the pool and tennis club which was very low stress. A daily ritual following beach time was coming back showering outdoors and then hitting the hot tub.
Location is about 2 miles from the center of Avon, but right next to the Sound....

"We enjoyed our stay at the cottage on the OBX. Everything in the description was accurate and the cottage had a few bonuses like: a beach cart, beach chairs, beach tent etc. We brought our dachshunds and it was nice that the cottage was pet friendly. We would recommend this cottage to our friends and would definitely rent here again."
