2 bedroom Condo in the Beautiful Val Vista Lakes area of Gilbert AZ, the condo complex is centrally located within walking distance to Dana Park shopping complex giving you easy access to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. The complex is located only minutes from the growing downtown Gilbert restaurants and Saturday Farmers Market! The condos are just across the street from the Val Vista Lakes Beach Club offering two heated pools right on the lake, full tennis club, racquetball, gym, sandy beach pool with waterfall that is perfect for kids. The condo has tons of natural light, tall vaulted ceilings, AC and lots of charm. All brand new furniture, beds, and bedding in 2018. The condos have their own great pool and hot tub. The Beach club also offers two more resort style pools and hot tub.

What do we love about this place? It is such a pretty area of Gilbert, Val Vista Lakes is a master planned community it is very green compared to other areas and all the lakes are pretty. We love the convenient location and access to the freeways and all the shopping near by. Dana Park is so close and offers a specialty grocery store, many resturant options and other fun shops. The condos are also only a few minutes from the growing and booming downtown Gilbert. We love the condo because it feels more like a resort than a condo. The Beach club offers so many more amenities, there is plenty of parking and everyone is so nice and they all seem to be from somewhere else, coming to get away and enjoy the sun! It's fun to meet the other people around.

Home away from home

The property was just as listed, comfortable and clean. My family truly felt at home here, we stayed several places while in the Phoenix area and we definitely enjoyed this one the most. The area was quiet and convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Cute condo; nice location in Lakeside neighbourhood. Owner great to deal with. Extra charge to use clubhouse facilities well worth adding to our stay. Hope to stay again sometime !

Great Stay at Val Vista Lakes

My wife and I had another awesome one month stay at Val Vista Lakes. This was our second stay at this VRBO rental in the past three years. We love the space of the unit and the location (Gilbert area). The amenities are also excellent -- two pools to choose from, pickle ball courts and a fitness area for working out in. The owner has always been very responsive about arrival information and once we were in the unit, there were no issues/reasons to contact the owner throughout our stay -- everything went well and we enjoyed out stay.

Great Stay at Val Vista Lakes

We had an awesome stay at Val Vista Lakes. The condo we stay in was very great, very comfortable and accommodating to our needs. Our host, Jeremy, was very responsive to any questions that we had. We loved the location of the condo in terms of being located in the Gilbert area, allowing us easy access to hiking dining, golfing and entertainment. The heated pool was a great place to hang out on the warmer days. We definitely would stay at this place again.

Great place to stay - !!

Unit was all that was advertised. Outfitted with almost everything that you needed and many stores nearby for anything you wanted. The area has a resort vibe with all the palm trees and two pools. Beds were awesome and the two TVs allowed for different tastes in viewing. Owner was very responsive to issues we had early on - much appreciated. Overall this unit and area were exactly what we were looking for as an escape from winter!!

Snowbird Stay 3 Months

This property has great facilities for recreation, pickleball, tennis, health club, man made sand swim area and many other amenities. Location is ideal, close to restaurants, and shopping.The owner responded to a few issues that came up. The only concern we had was the cleaning. The unit is tired and needs an update. Overall met our needs.

Nice Property & Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Although the owner/property manager is not on-site, she is very friendly & responsive. The condo is an older property but has been nicely redecorated and includes the basics. It was the cleanest and most quiet of the VRBOs in which we’ve stayed in the Phoenix metro area. Other condo owners/renters that we met in this complex are mainly retirees/snowbirds and also are very friendly. We could sit by the condo pool and still “social distance” for COVID-19 for all but the last week we were there. The Val Vista Lakes complex is beautiful with access to pickleball/tennis courts, three pools (one heated), and nearby walking paths. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. We definitely would recommend this property/owner. There are just a couple of things you should know. The garage shown in the property pics is not included, which was not a big deal to us as there is plenty of parking. Also, you need to go up a staircase to get to the living areas, which also wasn’t a big deal to us but may be to some.

Val Vista views

The condo is nice. Some things needing improvement was the lighting, as it was very dark at night. Also the TV kept coming on on its own at night. Good location loved the large pool across the street. We prefer a lower level condo, but this was good for the price. Garage doors below were somewhat annoying.

Lovely location - bright condo

We were impressed with Val Vista Lakes as it’s a lovely community convenient to restaurants, shopping and highways. The Beach Club offered us very nice amenities that we enjoyed such as the pools and workout areas. Our condo was bright and well stocked.

I stayed here for the month of March. Recently decorated in a lovely bright modern style. Excellent location, you can walk to shops and restaurants. There is a pool on the complex but also great access to a private sports facility with lovely pools, lake and a beach. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a break in the Phoenix Area.

I purchased this condo in January of 2018 after falling in love with Gilbert and the surrounding Val Vista Lakes area. We are from the Seattle area and have family that lives in AZ during the winter months. I needed my own place to getaway and get some sun when the rain wont stop in Seattle!

Why they chose this property

I love this condo because of the charm of the high vaulted ceilings, tons of natural light and the close location to the Val Vista Lakes Beach Club. When visiting the area I loved how green everything is and appreciated the lakes in the area as well as all the bike trails. I love downtown Gilbert and Dana Park for all the restaurants and shopping!

What makes this property unique

The condo is a great location with all the major shopping in close proximity, it is close to both the Mesa airport and Phoenix airport and one of our favorite places to visit is the downtown Historic district of Gilbert. There are amazing restaurants and new places opening all the time. You should try Snoozes it is a must for an amazing breakfast when you are in Gilbert!
