Condo de 3 chambres dans un complexe bien situé, fermé et semblable à un complexe

Nous vous promettons que vous apprécierez de séjourner dans notre condo au bord de la piscine (trois chambres, deux salles de bains) avec une vue imprenable sur le complexe. Cette suite a été récemment rénovée - nouveau revêtement de sol (carrelage / moquette), peinture fraîche, nouvelles armoires et comptoirs en granit (cuisine / salle de bain) et nouveaux meubles partout.

Le complexe de condos fermé est bien équipé avec deux piscines, bain à remous (spa), barbecues à gaz (près de la piscine), deux terrains de jeux, des terrains incroyablement bien aménagés, de grands espaces verts, un club-house, un centre de fitness, un centre d'affaires et un grand parking (attribué et non attribué) ).

L'emplacement est magnifique, toujours ensoleillé et chaud, en Arizona - à la frontière de Mesa et Gilbert et à seulement quelques rues de la U. S. 60 (Superstition Freeway). L'aéroport Phoenix-Mesa Gateway est à 10-15 minutes et l'aéroport international Phoenix Sky Harbor à 25-30 minutes.

Détendez-vous dans ce cadre de villégiature ou aventurez-vous et profitez des commerces, restaurants et / ou terrains de golf à proximité. Vous pouvez également explorer les montagnes Superstition à proximité, le moulin à huile de Queen Creek ou des attractions locales telles que le zoo de Phoenix ou les jardins botaniques du désert. Phoenix abrite toutes les équipes sportives professionnelles, accueille la formation printanière de baseball de la Ligue majeure de Cactus chaque mois de mars ainsi que la tristement célèbre vente aux enchères de voitures Barrett-Jackson à Scottsdale en janvier.

Delightful!

Truthfully, this condo was better than we expected. It was nicely decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. It is on the second floor (one stairway) up to an external entrance. Not a problem at all for us, but may be for some. We enjoyed the location in the property overlooking the pool. The complex is gated and very safe feeling. It is on a higher traffic road, but it was still manageable to walk for groceries, coffee, and donuts (during off peak times). Even our teenager was sad to leave. We will definitely stay again!

Christmas vacation

Had a nice stay, little hard to find building arriving in the dark. Location was within walking distance to grocery stores , donuts, walking paths. Workout gym was very nice as well pool area.

Very convenient, great location, great host

Condo was on the second floor overlooking the pool area (no elevator). Well equipped kitchen, along with most all other essential items supplied. Some minor issues with batteries for fan remote and ice maker not working, but had quick response and assistance from Jennifer. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone.

Pool fun

We enjoyed our stay in the beauty condo! All the basics are included in the condo which makes it much easier to plan a menu. We all enjoyed the pool and workout room. We found the condo very clean! This was important to me because I am very particular. We also enjoyed the proximity to downtown Gilbert and surrounding areas. We definitely will be back!

Great Arizona Getaway

We enjoyed our stay here! The amenities were perfect for our needs and we loved sitting out on the balcony overlooking the pool with our coffee in the morning and beverages in the evening. We were within walking distance of several good restaurants and within close driving distances to fun activities such as Topgolf. Thank you for the accommodations!

Happy Campers .... great property, location, and experience!

This is a wonderful property to stay at while in AZ. It is just steps from the heated pool and hot tub. The condo was very clean, updated, and comfortable. We had 3 adults / 3 children and it worked well for us. The den has a pull out couch, the guest bedroom has a queen bed, lots of storage and was connected to the second bath (also available from the hallway) ... it was like having two master suites. The master had a comfortable king bed and a nice walk-in closet and an ensuite. Everything was in working order and Jennifer was fantastic to work with through the process or renting our VRBO. We did not have any need to contact her during our stay, but she was very responsive to every question before and after. We had one designated parking spot and since we had two vehicles, we needed to use one of the open spots and it was very easy to find one. The area had a lot to offer - there is a Safeway and Fry's grocery across the street, and lots of good places to eat within a short drive. Overall, I wouldn't change a thing and we would definitely stay there again!

This was the perfect place for us this summer. Central to everything, safe, and clean. Sometime the pool got a little loud after 10pm but at least it wasn't too often. Highly recommend

Beautiful condo in a great location!

Clean, modern and really well appointed. Location of the condo in the complex is excellent, you are right across from the heated pool and a large green space and it’s super handy to just walk across the street to the bakery, groceries, etc. The hosts provided lots of great info pre-arrival and you can tell that they’ve gone out of their way to make it a real home away from home. Layout of the unit is great, you can easily be sleeping in a bedroom and wouldn’t be disturbed if others are awake. Great location as well for shopping, close to Top Golf, and the airport. We will definitely stay there again!

Fantastic hidden gem. Home away from home in a resort style Condo complex

We are locals and didn't even know this was here. We ended up needing a place to stay between moves and found this great condo. It was a great getaway for us. I don't know where to begin. It was perfect for us. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and could easily house two couples, or a family with several kids (there are two full size bathrooms). It is ideally located right by the pool, the club house, and work out facility. It even has covered parking to keep your car out of the hot Arizona sun. The view outside the master bedroom is of water, palm trees and grass. It is a relatively quiet community, but the people who live there are really nice. The condo has a full kitchen and eating area with everything you need including cookingware, eatingware, etc. There is a beautiful balcony with chairs and a table looking out onto the pool and fake grass at your feet. It is wonderful to just sit out there and enjoy the weather and relax. They have nice televisions with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc and even a desk to do work on. There are towels and pool equipment for the kids.The condo is conveniently located near everything! The grocery store is literally across the street. FatCats bowling/arcade/movie theater is a block away. Some of our favorite restaurants are in walking distance including Rudy's (an awesome casual Texas smoked meats place) and Kneaders bakery for your sweet tooth (which is dangerously close). Dana Park is a block away with all the chains you can think of including Pei Wei, Sauce, MadGreens, BurgerFi, etc. Direct Highway access is a block away as well for your longer trips to explore Arizona. One of our favorite discoveries was the bakery called Rise. They have the most dangerously good cinnamon roles as well as breads and other treats. Our favorite Mexican restaurant is just a 5 minute drive called Tia Rosas. If you are looking for a easy place to stay with a ton of amenities and a feel of being in the community, this is the place!
