Little get away during virus lockdown

The property is gorgeous. Updated living space and kitchen and plenty of room and space. Very clean and comfortable. Super amazing views and you’re right on the beach for easy access. Bathrooms will need a little updating in the near future. It was everything we needed to relax and enjoy a beach vacation.

The condo was comfortable and very well furnished and maintained. Proximity to the beach was great and the view from the balcony was perfect. We did have a bit of an issue with the wi-fi and the lady at the office was not extremely rude but definitely not very friendly. Besides that.....we enjoyed our stay immensely. Great first time visit to Perdido Key. We’ll definitely book here again.

Beach Colony West 11B was great!

Had no complaints! If I could offer any advice for the owners, our friends condo was much more updated in the bathrooms , however, THEIR kitchen faucet only worked for two seconds at a time so that made it hard to do dishes we had a great time and didn’t need anything this condo didn’t have to offer :)

Beautifully decorated, very comfortable furniture and beds, amazing balcony overlooking the gulf, jacuzzi tub overlooking ocean was so peaceful. Now for a couple of needed improvements....cookware in kitchen (for an extended stay) truly needs to be upgraded. The water pressure in master shower and kitchen is very weak. We were in condo for just over a week and used the guest bathroom for all showers we took. We will definitely return, but wanted to provide an honest review. Overall our stay was very good!!!!

We couldn’t beat the location and love staying in this area every year. The unit itself wasn’t overly impressive; we’ve stayed in better. The trim was pretty beat up, there were some tile issues in the kitchen and the master tub has a crack in it. Immediately when we arrived, the sink in the kitchen leaked and was spilling onto the floor. I called maintenance and they were out the next afternoon to fix it. There was a cockroach in the master bath one evening but was told that was normal (that was my first time seeing one in a rental in over 10 years). The beach and pool areas were great.

Beautiful, relaxing decor, best balcony on the Gulf!

We loved staying in this condo! The grey, brown, beige color scheme is very relaxing. The condo contains just the right amount of comfortable furniture for 4-6 people in the common areas, and it is not crowded with excess furniture or decorations. The master suite has a super large bathroom and the room has access to the balcony and a view of the Gulf. The bed is quite comfortable and there is plenty of drawer and closet space for storage. The second bedroom has two queen beds which are also comfortable and the room is perfect for two (or more) adults. The kitchen was adequately supplied - we ate all of our meals at the condo and we had almost all of the equipment we needed (a metal spatula for use on the downstairs grills would be a great addition). The ice water dispenser for the refrigerator did not work properly, and the management offered to repair it while we were there. We opted to use bottled water during our stay rather than having a repair person come in. The balcony is the best! Two two-seat gliders, one with an ottoman. They are very comfortable which is especially nice because when we're not on the beach, we love just hanging out on the balcony. There are also a table and two chairs on the balcony. The condo was very clean, parts of it look brand new and overall we were extremely happy with everything about our stay. A big thank you to the owners for sharing this lovely home by the sea.

An amazing experience from start to finish! The condo was amazing. The balcony, the rooms, kitchen, living room, all of it was fantastic. Great layout with plenty of room. We liked that our daughter had her own section of the condo with a sliding door we could close. Only issues were the bedside table was broken and the balcony floor needs some attention. Also, the pictures of the balcony furniture do not match what was actually there. A table outside would've been nice. That aside, it was a wonderful and near flawless experience. The dining and grocery proximity were also a huge bonus. We’ll be back next year!

Needs a thorough overhaul

I expect more out a vacation property than this one offered. Lots of little things that made the place feel shabby. Kitchen was fair. Could have used a few more serving pieces. The make bath needs a redo, the skinned up white faucets are ugly and the lever in the shower was lacking something that so it had a hole in the tile around it. There was a nasty love seat on the porch, no table on one side of the bed and a gigantic UGLY chair in the living room. Looked like cast offs. Laundry room was cluttered.

Location was good. Loved the deck. Superficially it was clean but there was sand on the sheets in the beds and under the beds were dirty. The bathrooms need updates specifically the guest bathroom. The floors were dirty, the handle to the shower was loose and at one point fell off, the toilet would run and we would have to remove the back to fix it. All and all we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the well equipped kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was just as described in the listing. Very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The view is incredible. We loved sitting on the huge balcony. We saw dolphins one morning. We had such perfect weather our entire week. Having the two large pools on the property, the pool was never crowded. The beach is very easy to access from the unit. There is also some floats and a boogy board in the unit for using. Overall I give our unit a 5 star rating!!

We had a wonderful time at beach colony west unit 11-B. Everything was very clean, spacious and quite. Loved loved loved the balcony. We will be back. Also luxury coastal was very nice and professional and even called and checked on us to make sure our stay was what we were expecting and was there anything else they could do for us, this has never happened at any other condos we stayed at. We will be back. Loved this unit very much.

This is a gorgeous property. Condo is fabulous. Love the balcony!! All we had to do was enjoy!

Overall, it was super, great, fun, relaxing, luxurious, comfortable and just perfect!! The water was beautiful while we were there. The pool was perfect for the kids - they really loved the inside pool and hot tub for some reason!! We felt secure out on the property - there were guards discretely protecting our cars, our children and the property. It was clean, the landscaping was great. I cannot wait to come back.
