Located in the scenic Cedar Springs region of Terlingua Ranch, Timeless Ranch is an 80-acre private homestead with a spacious three bedroom, two bathroom manufactured home. The home is well appointed with three new queen-sized beds and two sofa beds. It sleeps eight comfortably. The large living room, dining room, and kitchen area is open and ideal for spending time together.
Timeless Ranch is remote enough for absolute privacy, but still with access to Big Bend National Park, Big Bend Ranch State Park, the Rio Grande River, Terlingua, and the Terlingua Ghost Town. It is also close to the Terlingua Ranch Lodge, with access to the pool for a $5 daily use fee per vehicle. Activities on the property include hiking, birding, watching wildlife, star-gazing, photography, and bike-riding on the local Terlingua Ranch Roads.
Hunting expeditions can also be arranged. The owners of Timeless Ranch operate a free-range, fully-guided, no-frills hunting guide service, specializing in hunting aoudads, an exotic mountain sheep that was imported from North Africa which has established large wild populations here in the mountains of southwest Texas. As a non-native, exotic species, aoudads can be hunted year-round with a valid Texas hunting license. Finding them is the hard part. The guides at know these mountains and the local sheep herds better than anyone and have access to thousands of acres of prime hunting property.
