This beautiful,16th floor luxury two bedroom, two bath with bunk room unit is overlooking the gulf of Mexico’s blue water in the best part of Gulf Shores with indoor, outdoor heated pools, children’s pool with fountain, Jacuzzi, sauna, fitness center with a large furnished waiting area, spacious under building parking, nearby shopping facilities, located approximately 30 miles between Mobile, AL and Pensacola, FL.

Two large bed rooms, two large bath, bunk room with sofa bed in the living room ( sleeps 8 people)

The unit has been professionally decorated with luxury furniture , all around tile floor, with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico’s blue water.

The living room with spacious gulf front balcony has been decorated with beautiful flowers, plants, wall hangings and Tiffany lamps. It has a sofa, sofa bed, and chair, entertainment center, television, DVD player and high speed internet access.

The dining area has a beautiful wood table surrounded by six chairs adjacent to granite kitchen counter top with bar stools.

The gulf front master bedroom has king size bed,Tiffany lamps, television, DVD player, walk-in closet and access to the balcony through a separate door. The large master bath room has marble top vanity, bath tub and shower.

The guest bedroom has queen size bed, entertainment center, television, DVD player and is adjacent to the guest bathroom with marble top vanity, bath tub and shower.

Bunk room has two bunk beds, television and DVD.

This highly upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances includes refrigerator, ice maker, microwave oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker , toaster, blender, electric mixer, utensils, all kinds of dishes, glasses, pots and pans.

Laundry room includes large capacity separate washer and dryer, iron, iron board and vacuum cleaner.

Great experience with 1607 Seawind

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seawinds 1607 and found everything to be very much in order and as advertised. The unit was very nice and comfortable and the view/location was wonderful! The deck/patio was also spacious, for a condo, and well equipped with 6 chairs and table along with a chaise lounge and, again, the view was spectacular.

We had no problems at all and found Pari to be excellent and prompt in all communications during booking, arrival and follow-up.

Based on this experience, I would highly recommend this unit and definitely plan to return to it or another of Pari's rentals in the GS/OB/PCB area.

Thank you so much for "sharing" 1607 with us, Pari. We loved it and had a great time!

Very clean unit and views are fantastic!

The place was nice. Pool area was small. Parking spots were extremely small and difficult to get into and out of. Elevator took forever to get on due to only being two elevators for the entire building. Don't see why rented the place and had to pay $20 for parking and $4 for a wrist band that no one needed. Great location and great view. The people who run the chair rental on the beach could never be found. Cheaper to buy two beach chairs and an umbrella at the local dollar store that rent an umbrella on the beach for a day.

Owner's Response: Dear Guest, Thank you for staying with us and I'm glad you liked our condo. I'm sorry that you were not satisfied with the elevators and parking space. Parking always seems an issue in almost all of the beach front condominiums especially the ones that have under the building parking. Regarding the elevators, we usually do not have an issue during the slow season of fall, but during this guest's stay, association started a floor project in the a hallways and workers were using one of the elevators. Also the $20 fee for each parking pass and $1 fees for each guest's wrist band that the guests have to pay to the office is in our contract and also mentioned on our VRBO page and guests are well aware of the fees. These passes and bands are mainly for keeping trespasses out. The beach chair service cuts back on attendants during slow season of fall as well.

Great views!

The owner is very responsive and eager to solve any problems. Our problems were minor, but she provided immediate help and kept frequent contact. The views were great, condo was nice, and we would stay here again.
