DISCLAIMER: Construction Work is being done to the top floors of Island Royale which includes this unit. Contractors will be accessing the unit's balcony periodically to complete repairs on the balcony's edges. Construction completion date is scheduled for 5/25/26.

We'd love for you to make this condo your home away from home! It is decorated with fine furnishings and coastal colors and has plenty of room for your entire family! The fully-stocked kitchen has upgraded appliances, Keurig and standard coffee makers and granite counter tops! You'll really enjoy cooking here! But, the views are the BE

The condo was spacious enough for our family. It was comfortable with the exception of the small bedroom bed which probably needs a mattress replacement. The view was spectacular. We enjoyed having a table on the balcony for eating outside. The host kept us informed as needed. The building had many amenities, although the pool was small, we enjoyed it at times. The security guard Joe was a delight and so helpful. The only real issue was the cleanliness. We found moldy food, dirty pans and leftover clothing. I did let the management know and they said they would contact the cleaning company. All in all, we were very happy with the space, location and would reserve it again.

Great location! LOVED the corner balcony! The bed in the master suite has dips in it where it is broken down. Overall cleanliness could have been better but I have high standards. Our family had a great time and it was nice to have 3 separate bathrooms.
