* Three bedrooms and three bathrooms
* Enjoy life at the beach in this 1600+ sq. ft. living space offering panoramic views! Access to the balcony from the living room and the two master suites!
* Unit is located on floor 5. (Key-less personal code entry.)
* Island Tower offers more privacy with only 3 units per floor.
* Private parking on floors 1-4. Maximum two vehicles per unit.

* Beach side vanishing edge pool with plenty of space for sunning. The pool area has chaise loungers, chairs, plus a covered area with chairs and tables, and two restrooms. Perfect for a relaxing day!
* Indoor heated vanishing edge pool with tinted glass front offers ocean/beach view. (Code entry only)

FITNESS CENTER
A tinted glass front allows a spectacular view of the beach and glistening waters! The work-out area offers stationary bikes, weights, treadmills and sauna, restrooms. Located on floor 4. (Code entry only)

The location of the condo was perfect and the large balcony is what sold us on this property. We could walk down to the beach easily. It was nice to sit out on the balcony at night. There are several cute ice cream shops and seafood restaurants nearby. Pack household essentials...toliet paper, coffee filters, salt & pepper, tide pods, dishsoap, etc.

This was our 3rd stay in this unit. We love the location (walking distance to restaurants and shopping), gorgeous view of the Gulf right on the beach. It’s very clean and the owners are very responsive and easy to work with.

The view from the room was great the unit was clean but did not have a fresh smell one of the king size beds was hard as a brick and pillows lumpy no hot water after one person had showered Could not keep the unit cool and this was in March.

We appreciate your stay in our unit. We want to address your comments; and will correct feasible issues. 1. As noted on each door; the heating/cooling unit and the water heater unit are set with energy efficiency systems. The units will shut off when a door is left opened or ajared. Once door(s) are closed all units return to normal settings. 2. We seek to maintain quality bedding. However, it is difficult to meet each guest(s) personal need(s). We will check the mattress and make changes if necessary We have never received a negative report nor a mention that the unit did not have a fresh smell.
