The Mariner, Naples, Florida. We are thrilled you have chosen to view our site. We would like to share some important information with you to ensure you are aware we not only offer the best location, but we strive to make sure your room is the floor plan you desire.

Our family built this building, and we recently have taken over management, thus as we update our condo-homes, we will be posting new photos. This summer we will be doing many changes so visit this site often or email us with your questions. Several options are available for our guests: a studio efficiency, 1BD/1BA, 1BD/2BA with a private room for a study or a 2BD/2BA. If your dates do not appear to be available please let us know and we will try to accommodate you in the same building. We look forward to your stay here in the Mariner one block from the Gulf and Fishing Pier. We consider this PARADISE!

Great location, safe and quiet

This was our first visit to Naples and we stayed five days at this property. It was one block from the beach, one block from Old Naples 3rd Street and about 7 blocks from 5th Ave restaurants / shops. The apartment was rustic inside, had plenty of room for the two of us. This unit had two bedrooms with private baths and a shared living room and kitchen. The King size bed was comfortable and the bedroom at lots of closet space, the second bedroom had two single beds that my wife used as changing room and room to hang clothing.The apartment complex was clean, well kept, quiet and safe. The apartment was dated, the couch was small and well used. The apartment was fully functional and had all of the amenities. The best part was the proximity to the beach and the free parking.

We've mentioned the beach, Naples Pier and Third Street South district which are all a 5 minute walk away. You can take advantage of all these amenities every day with ease.

If you want to adventure further away, you will find more shopping and restaurants just a short drive (5 minutes) to 5th Avenue South, or rent a bike to get you around town! At various time of the year, you may also enjoy live music, art shows, and other fun events.

Visit the concierge booth (the one with the thatched roof) on Third Street South. You will be able to peruse all their brochures on attractions near and far.

So much relaxing to do and so many things to see. You'll want to book your reservation for a return visit to Naples and we will look forward to seeing you again!!
