I have stayed at several properties. This is the most cleanest, comfortable, great location for what we needed, friendly neighbors, all the amenities place I ever stayed. Not a whole lot of checkout rules before you leave. Ms Lois responded with any questions I had. I highly recommend this place.

This quaint place was much more spacious on the inside that it initially appeared. It's a great location (quiet neighborhood, kind neighbors, and near great places to visit). The home was extremely clean. It was well equipped with necessities and many comforts I've never experienced in a rental before. There is not one thing I would have changed to make it a more positive experience.

Location is convenient to food and activities. Only slight problem was all of the construction next door, but it looks to be almost completed.

This was our 2nd stay. We enjoyed everything about the home again. Beautiful house, everything you could need (dishes, beach towels and chairs, cooking spices, laundry detergent tampons etc.) Really feels like a home away from home and everything is close (ie. Restaurants and beaches). Hoping it's available for us next year!

Perfect location to downtown!

My family and I loved this home. Perfect location to access the Bay Center and downtown. The pink doors give off candy cotton vibes as my kids stated since the house is blue. It was super clean. Perfectly stocked with towels as we had competition for my girls and there was lots of showers. Plus the drive to the beachside was not far just varied depending on traffic time. If we go back to Pensacola we will definitely stay here again. Exceptional host!

Enjoyed staying in his lovely home

The house had everything we needed. It was very clean. Worked great for our toddler. It is close to stores and restaurants. There is a very nice park just a few minutes away. We had a couple questions and the owner was very nice and got back to us quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again in the future.

Absolutely beautiful home! So clean with lots of amenities. Close to downtown and a short drive to Pensacola Beach. Lois is a fantastic host and very easy to get ahold of.

Nice time at spring training for baseball.

This property was great. Nice accomodations, all updated and clean. Appreciated the few spices we used. So convenient for the very little cooking we did. Very nice supply of kitchen ware.

Amazing stay!

Beautiful place!nicely Nicely decorated and immaculately clean! The location is amazing to downtown and the convention center,. The beds were the most comfortable ever and it had everything we needed. I highly recommend! Landlord is very responsive and Accomodating. Will definitely stay again if in the area!

Home away from home

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this rental. It has the perfect amount of room for my husband and I when we come to visit my daughter and grandson! I love the large kitchen and fenced in back yard! It was perfect for when my grandson came over to run around and play! We will be renting this place again on the future!

Amazing Property

This was our first experience with VRBO and so we are probably ruined! Lol!!! This house was AMAZING!!! So clean, so easy to book, so easy to check in and out! 1 zillion times better (and cheaper) than a motel would have been. Lois even checked on us to make sure our stay was going well. Thank you Lois... we will be back!!!

Started out a little rocky but finished up amazing! Host is easy to contact, fair, and lovely to communicate with! We’d definitely choose this home again! Neighborhood is quiet, amenities are nice, and the home is very welcoming!

I am from Nashville Tennessee and I had a vrbo listing in Nashville and decided I wanted to do one in an area that I could come and enjoy a vacation myself so I chose Pensacola. Pensacola reminds me a lot of Nashville and you get the benefit of having a beach nearby. I love Pensacola and I wanted to share my home so that people could experience Pensacola in a home that was given a lot of tlc and attention to comfort.

This property is located in the hip up and coming downtown area of Pensacola which has a vibe similar to my home town of Nashville Tennessee. What I really love is the close proximity to the downtown restaurants and being 8 miles from Pensacola Beach. You can enjoy dinner at the Bay and daytime fun in the sun at the beach.
