Updated Kitchen! Condo in Gated Community with Pool & Fitness Center!

KITCHEN & BATHROOMS RENOVATED IN 2022 two bedroom two bath, second floor condo located in the desirable, gated community of Harbour Oaks. You cannot get any closer to all that St. Simons has to offer! To the left just a few short blocks is the Pier Village where you will find all of your dining, shopping and sight seeing needs including the fishing pier and The Lighthouse Museum. The Neptune Fun Zone has a public swimming pool and putt-putt golf. Enjoy the convenience of being less than a half-mile from the best beaches on St. Simons. You will even be within walking distance to St. Simons' newest attraction - the pickleball courts! The complex itself offers a swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness center as well as assigned covered parking. The condo is tastefully decorated with many new furnishings and a brand new kitchen updated in 2022. In addition to a convenient split floor plan and spacious living area, the condo also includes a sun room overlooking the lagoon. The master bedroom provides a queen bed with a full private bath. The second bedroom includes 2 twin beds and full bath. Additional sleeping is also available with the daybed and trundle located in the sun room. Interior amenities include cable with flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, high speed internet, full size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and all linens provided. The pool at Harbour Oaks is open year round but is not heated. Sorry, but no pets are allowed.

One assigned covered parking spot. Extra parking is available by the sidewalk outside the unit.

COMPANY CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $100.00 processing fee on all cancellations. Deposits will be refunded, less processing fee, if reservation is cancelled over 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Inside of 60 days prior to your arrival refunds will NOT be made unless property is re-rented.

Any service fees paid to Vrbo are external from our company and cannot be refunded or handled through Golden Isles Realty. Best ever

We have stayed at many places on SSI over the last 15 years or so including many stays at the Harbor Oaks complex. Without question, this was the best unit ever. It was clean and remarkably appointed.

Wonderful Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Harbour Oaks 212 from June2-8 for a girlfriend getaway. It is a roomy condo that sleeps 6 comfortably. We loved the area and got a kick out of watching the turtles in the canal from the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean. We were happy to see there were extra bath towels and extra sheets and blankets supplied. The washer and dryer were definitely a plus. The condo is about a 5 minute walk from the Village Inn and Pub and for those who don't mind walking, it's an easy 15 minute walk to downtown and the pier. One suggestion might be to offer complimentary beach chairs and beach towels for guests. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful location

St. Simons Island is so beautiful. I am a nightshift travel nurse and am here on contract. This is a gated community so I felt very safe being here alone. It is close to the village and the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent home away from home!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I recently stayed a month at Harbour Oaks unit 212. It was very clean upon arrival and lacked nothing, except a hair dryer. The kitchen was stocked beyond expectation, although a tad dated. I loved turning the a.c. off in the mornings and enjoying my cup of coffee with the screened door open to the balcony, so I could hear the fountain in the lagoon. I felt safe in this gated complex, which is accessible only by code via an electronic gate. We loved it so much that we are still in Harbour Oaks. We just opted for a ground level unit to better suit our needs. I loved the fact that while my husband was at work during the day, I could easily walk to restaurants or shops. I also used a service called for delivery when we didn't feel like getting out, and those guys were awesome as well. We would definitely stay again, and would most definitely book with Tabitha at Golden Isles Realty.
