Two story unit located within walking distance to the charming Pier Village of St. Simons and its famous lighthouse. This beautiful 2bed/2.5bath unit offers unique style, amazing décor and outstanding comfort throughout. Features include: a luxurious master suite with private master bath, a spacious guest bedroom and bathroom, a gorgeous dining area with sitting for 6 comfortably, an amazing family room, and a relaxing patio area for winding down after a long day at the beach. Additional features include plantation shutters, stainless steel appliances with side by side refrigerator, free WI-FI, in unit washer and dryer and onsite pool.

The East Beach is a short bike ride or a 3 minute drive from the villa. The Coast Guard Station entrance to the east beach has outdoor showers, bathrooms and a snack bar.

Other amenities that are within walking distance include: Neptune Water Park/miniature golf, Mallery Recreational Park, Demere Park (for skaters), basketball court, tennis court, and a baseball field.

This is the second year we stayed in this condo, so we obviously really like it. It is well kept and close to activities at the pier. We walked to the pier, the beach and restaurants. What more could you want.

Perfect Cozy Lovely Peaceful Beachy Get-Away

This is a beautiful condo near the beach! It's so perfect in the owner's attention to detail and cleanliness. When you walk in the door, you'll discover that it is as cute as the pictures shown. All of the beach decor, seashells, and pictures make it even more perfect! It's the small things and attention to detail that count, right? It's a perfect condo for a small family or a couple of girlfriends to visit. I will definitely be adding this condo to my favorites when I return to the St. Simon's area. You'll have all of the essentials that you need. There are 2-1/2 bathrooms, with a convenient half-bath downstairs. The location is about a mile from at least two beach access points that we found. (There are probably more!) We drove to the St. Simon's beaches. Some people would feel perfectly fine to bike or walk this distance. However, it is an easy, quick drive to the Neptune Park area where there are several small restaurants, the pier, and shopping. The coastguard beach access point was also about 1-2 miles away. The location is also ideal for driving to Jekyll Island (about 30-35 minutes away). Jekyll Island is such a beautiful, natural area. If you have time, visit Driftwood Beach and the serene St. Andrews Beach area. Thank you for a lovely stay on St. Simon's Island. Looking forward to a return trip!

Beautiful quiet unit on St. Simons Island

Unit was very well decorated,stocked with all that we needed and attention to cleanliness was above average. Bed was comfortable and having acess to washing machine and dryer in the unit was a bonus.Owners were easy to work with and responded promptly to any questions. Owners were helpful with tips on places to visit and eat while on the island. We would highly recommend this rental and look forward to coming back!

Relaxing nice place to get away

This property was nice to stay in. We had no problems whatsoever getting the information needed for check in and we booked last minute almost. We came to celebrate our 20th anniversary over a long weekend! Since its two bedrooms 2.5 baths we invited our two teenage daughters to come down for one night and we went to the beach, swam in the pool on the property, brought our tennis rackets and tennis balls and went to play tennis down the road at the park. My husband was able to get some fishing in too. He brought his own pole and picked up some frozen shrimp as we were coming in. We Visited the Winn Dixie about 4 times during our stay for small items. I would stay here again.The location was not on the beach, but it was close to all things. It was quiet, not loud or busy and everyone was friendly that occupied the other condos. This condo was decorated beautifully !
