Beautiful Pool Home With Kid's Play Room - Close to Theme Parks & Attractions

Welcome To The Comfort Island!

The community of Eagle Pointe is only 10 minutes from Disney and this single level villa is an absolute beauty. Great care has been taken to furnish and decorate the entire home to an exceptionally high standard and there is a calming cream and teal theme running through the majority of the house. Upon entry there is a welcoming hallway leading to a Mickey themed twin bedroom with closet and wall mounted flatscreen as well as a queen bedroom, also with closet and wall mounted flatscreen. These bedrooms share the family bathroom which has a bath/shower combo. The main living area is open plan and has an elegant dining table seating six, large, comfortable lounge with wall mounted flatscreen and patio doors to the pool area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you should need for catering at home and has a bar seating area for two, a breakfast table for four and a utility room with washer and dryer. The master suite is truly sumptuous with it's array of coordinating throw pillows, chairs for relaxing, curved leather chaise, wall mounted flatscreen and a walk in wardrobe. There is a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring oval tub, separate shower, his n hers basins and a WC. The fourth bedroom has been converted to a play room and has a pull out couch, xBox console with two controllers, Nintendo console with two controllers and a selection of games. A wall mounted TV and some Disney accents complete the room. Internet Speed 300Mbps

Outside there is a fully screened in pool with sunbathing deck and two loungers. The entire area is surrounded with a fence so offers complete privacy and there is a lawn area for the kids to play on. A shaded lanai area offers a respite from the sun and there is a glass patio table seating four, perfect for enjoying meals outside on a warm Florida evening. The house also has a double garage and further off street parking for two cars.

Good house to stay in ! Just not worth the process

When we first booked came the first con to our stay when we found out we had to drive 30 minutes out of our way to go “ check in” at there local office ( which you have to check in at certain times ) so if you’re people like us who was trying to check in late at night after enjoying your day, you can’t . There’s specific times you have to check in . The house it self was beautiful ! There was a few minor things like the floor didn’t seem to be mopped as I took my shoes off my white socks were black on the bottom by the time I reached the master bedroom . But those didn’t effect our stay. But then came the check out day when I felt super uncomfortable that 30 minutes prior to us checking out the “ maid lady” showed up with her husband and kid to clean up, and then proceeded to watch us as we were packing up to leave , I found that very unprofessional and uneasy that I’m being watched as I’m leaving . Not to mention she parked in the drive way were they had to move for us to drive off while unloading all there vacuums and cleaning equipment already ! Before it was even time to check out . Then came the most horrible part about 2 weeks after checking out I get an email saying we’re being charged“250“for bringing a“ pet“that was not authorized . Meanwhile I sent screenshots of my conversation to them when I told them before booking I had a service animal wit documentation, they still have yet to message me back. So the house was beautiful but management was TERRIBLE!

We enjoyed the property. It was not too far from the parks. We experienced an issue with the TV not working but the issue was resolved. The house is accurate to the listing. We would rent again.

Needs cleaning

Overall, I enjoyed my trip to Orlando. There were some issues with checking in. The Vrbo site didn’t provide clear instructions on how to check in. It was a very long process which you have to do with propert management! Moreover, the property had some issues. First, the kids bedroom sheets weren’t changed. They smelled very bad. I would highly recommend to wash all the bed sheets and comforters, as well as Mickey toys! Second, in the small bathtub water wasn’t draining. Third, in the kitchen the dishwasher smelled bad. Its door needs to be left open to ventilate.
