Scott, the homeowner, was very responsive to any questions we had, and the property management company quickly resolved a minor issue. Cozy little house, nice pool, decent set up. Really great communication and follow up. Definitely recommend renting. The only thing I would say is some softer pillows and upgraded beds would be a nice addition to a great property.

We loved the big, open floorplan. The pool was nice for afternoon relaxing. The neighborhood was great for walking. The only reasons we didn’t give this five stars is the master bedroom bedding needs to be replaced, and the kitchen was lacking a few essentials (especially a pizza cutter!).

Cozy vacation home for our 3-day business trip - perfect layout -absolutely clean and well kept - well stocked kitchen and linens. Good communication with the owner. The clubhouse was a HUGE plus amongst a safe and manicured neighborhood. The staff at the clubhouse was so nice and welcoming.
