Nouvelle maison en bord de mer! Endroit calme!

Bienvenue dans Latitude Adjustment !! Ceci est une nouvelle maison en bord de mer 3bd / 2bath dans la nouvelle subdivision, The Breakers. 12-14 personnes. Master et deuxiÚme chambre ont des lits king size. La troisiÚme chambre est idéale pour les enfants. Il a un lit superposé complet sur un lit gigogne complet et deux chaises à rabat qui se déplient chacune pour faire un lit double. Le salon sectionnel a un canapé-lit pleine grandeur. Toutes les chambres et le salon sont équipés d'une télévision connectée (service Sling fourni). Grande terrasse avec beaucoup de chaises pour profiter de la plage isolée loin de la foule. En bas en dessous de la maison dispose d'une douche extérieure fermée, d'un barbecue à charbon de bois et d'une table de pique-nique intégrée. Wifi. Draps et serviettes inclus.

Traveling as a single mom with three kids, for one last quick hurrah down at the beach before winter time, this was a fantastic house, we absolutely loved every minute of being able to stay right on the beach. We sat on the deck at night and listen to the waves, One of my kids fell asleep in my lap while we were watching the stars. It was so peaceful and perfect.The location was fantastic. The beach was very quiet. We had so much of it all to ourselves. The owner was great at communicating with us, check-in was super easy checkout was really easy. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer too
 It was a fantastic long weekend for us. Thank you so much for having us in your beautiful home. We Plan on booking again.

Great response time from the owner! We were even given access to check-in early. As advertised, the house was on the beach, with beautiful views! The kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitley consider staying here again.

Wonderful rental!

The owner was great! Got back to us quickly. The home is super comfortable and has everything we needed. Came fully nicely stocked with several extra essentials. The location is awesome. So close to the beach and it was never crowded, even on spring break. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice

Great location, house size and layout perfect. Everything was wonderful. Only downside was that the whole house moved when you were walking around. A friend with motion sickness had to leave. It was kinda odd. Never had it like that before and we have rented a lot in bolivar and Galveston.

Beach Retreat

Excellent location with excellent amenities. Home away from home. Just down street from wedding venue which was perfect for us. Although we were just a couple in town for a wedding, this property is also perfect for a family or two. Plenty of room and bed options. Lots of games for the kids and deck has secure gate so no worries with the little ones getting away. Being right on the beach was a huge plus too. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Perfect for very young to old

This was the second stay in this house. We came in 2022 and again this year. All three of our sons were able to come with their wives and kids. There were 12 of us and I was apprehensive how that would work out. Last time there was only six. I was very pleasantly surprised that we were never overcrowded even at bedtime. The deck is perfect as it overlooks the gulf. Getting down to the water is easy enough that our 3 year old grandson and my 74 year old body could make it. You won’t be disappointed but don’t you dare schedule when we try to book next summer.

Girls' Trip

We love the location of this sweet beach house. It is easy to relax on the covered deck and enjoy the scenery. We loved the layout of the kitchen and living room. It makes it easy to spread out but still enjoy each other's company. This is our second time visiting and we hope there are many more in our future.

We have been traveling to the Bolivar Peninsula since 2001 for our annual vacation. We love the area and the small town feel. We like that it is family friendly with mainly houses to rent as opposed to hotels and condos. It isn't as touristy as Galveston, but it is close enough for a day trip to visit all of the tourist attractions they have to offer. Bolivar has the cleanest beaches in Texas!

We have stayed in many a vacation rental home, so we feel like we have learned all there is to what vacationers need and don't necessarily need. Our house is focused on being the perfect place for your family and friends to gather, relax, and enjoy each other; but not too big for a quick romantic get away. It's a clean house with just about everything you will need as far as linens, towels, kitchen items, etc. Because who wants to travel with sheets and dish soap?! We think we have all of the bases covered including what to do and how to keep the kids busy on an unfortunate rainy day.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our favorite thing about our house (if we have to pick just one!) would have to be the deck. Beachfront means there is absolutely nothing besides our palm tree and an occasional passing vehicle between you and the ocean! We enjoy the beautiful sunrise with our coffee in the mornings. And we enjoy visiting with each other in the moonlight with the ocean breeze and the sound of waves at night. We know you will agree with us and will love making memories here just like us!
