STARTER PACK
We provide a complimentary starter pack including: coffee, trash bags, paper towels, household cleaner, dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and 1–2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

BEDROOMS
There’s plenty of space to unwind across four comfortable bedrooms. Three primary suites feature king-size beds and private bathrooms. The fourth bedroom includes two full beds with a full bathroom nearby. A queen sleeper sofa is also available. Each bedroom includes a 32” Roku Smart TV, custom built-in closets, and a ceiling fan.

BATHROOMS
Four full bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, spa-style shampoo, conditioner & body wash, and a hair dryer. Two bathrooms feature bathtubs, and with two hot water heaters, everyone can enjoy a warm shower. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water makes rinsing off after beach days easy.

LIVING, DINING & KITCHEN
The open-concept layout is perfect for gathering together. Relax with a movie on the 75” TV, play board games, or cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring two full-size refrigerators and a large pantry. Dining and island seating accommodates up to 12 guests. Small appliances include a dual Keurig, tea kettle, crockpot, air fryer, toaster, hand mixer, blender, and margarita/slush machine.

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT
Enjoy outdoor living on both levels. The ground level includes charcoal grills, Adirondack chairs, a patio table, and plenty of yard games. The upper deck features peek-a-boo Gulf views, swings, outdoor seating, a high-top dining area, and string lights for the perfect evening atmosphere.

GUEST ACCESS

This home was more than I ever expected for our family Christmas. The house was perfect. The rooms are very spacious and love the bathroom in each rooms was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with all your needs. It was a short walk to the beach. I really appreciated the Christmas tree. I can’t say enough good things about this house. This home is better than advertised, VERY spacious for our family of 7! Tons of outdoor toys, games and beach supplies - basically everything you could ever need to have a great time! Kitchen is fully stocked of all kinds of cookware, having the two refrigerators was a genius idea, we designated one for food and the other for drinks. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and cozy. It’s a very close walk to the beach if desired but we rented golf carts to make lugging all our supplies down to the beach easier. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

We went for family weekend to celebrate all our September birthdays. Very nice house with great layout of bedrooms and kitchen/living. It fit our family of 12 nicely. Close to the beach within walking distance even though we carried ATV to haul tent, chairs etc to beach. Also had plenty extra chairs and beach games for use which we took advantage of. Check in and check out was very easy. Host Chrissy was very helpful. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

Very nice home! Our 6 adults and four kids had plenty of room to enjoy each other and not feel cramped. The layout and location of the bedrooms provide each couple their own time alone destination. The house, kitchen and garage had every amenity we need from inside to outside games, beach supplies, grilling equipment and every kitchen utensils we need. Chrissy and Mark were great hosts. Response time to text or email was timely, respectful and alway helpful. I look forward to staying here again!!

Great Beach Vacation!

We had an amazing time at this property, it is a very short walk to the walk on or golf cart cart access and it didn't take long to find a spot. If you really want drive on full vehicle access it's just up the street. All the bedrooms were spacious with great beds and none of them were twins! Beds were actually thick with support too! Great kitchen area for cooking for a group, and a living room dining room area you can easily hang out together or in two groups.The garage is well stocked with outdoor toys, games, chairs, and even a cart that doesn't just stop when it encounters sand!We are a pretty easy going group but this beach house exceeded expectations. Hosts were responsive when we had questions and everything went smooth! Highly recommend this property :)
