-The occupancy for guests is limited to 10 persons maximum at night and any additional day visitors must have prior approval prior to arrival.
-The neighborhood has quiet hours which are strictly observed between 10 pm and 7 am.
-No amplified music or sound is allowed during quiet hours and any complaints about noise during the day or night will be strictly enforced.
- Property cannot be used for any events that exceed the applicable occupancy or guest limits, or that violate the quiet hours, noise standards or any other standard required with us in accordance to our contract.
