Lake Living

This property is in a fantastic location with incredible views. We had a great month staying here. Chris was so good to work with. The unit itself is not luxurious but it was fine for our needs. We worked from here and had great internet experiences. The kitchen is not fully stocked so if you plan to cook much, bring what you need. Also bring wine glasses if you are a wine drinker. Overall, great experience and we are coming back next summer.

Great time to recharge batteries

I spent a month at 727 Jenifer in an effort to escape the Texas heat and to recharge my batteries. It was an excellent place for doing that! It is on Lake Menona and just a mile from the state capitol building. Everything I needed was witin walking distance or just a short drive away. The house was a little short on some things like dishes & coffee mugs and lamps. We tried one of the couch’s pull out beds but it was very uncomfortable. However, the real beds were great and since we never had more than 3 in the house, we did fine and slept well. Chris was really nice and very helpful.
