Beautiful Stay

Everything at the villa was as stated. The owners Patrick and Agnes were very nice and easy to communicate with. We also added an extra person twice and they were very nice to accommodate us. The house was wonderful for our group of 7. The pool was a real plus after a long day of touring. We enjoyed the patio with morning coffee and croissants. Everything was beautifully appointed. Kitchen was so well equipped. The large screen television was great for movies in the evening and had great streaming channels (Netflix,Amazon) We would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Nice. Thank you Patrick and Agnes for sharing your beautiful home. Don and Debbie

Beautiful home on the Riviera

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in the hills with an incredible view of the ocean. It had all the amenities one could want and a lovely pool. We would definitely recommend this lovely home to anyone!

Resort Atmosphere

Our family had a reunion at this lovely property at the end of August/22. Everything described is as is but the outside layout, infinity pool and view is even more breathtaking. We had initially planned a few day trips but upon arriving due to the resort like layout we only did a couple of half day trips in order to take advantage of the pool and the outdoor atmosphere. We also enjoyed the table tennis. The property was spotless and had every amenity you could think of. The hosts were gracious to leave a fruit basket, champagne, beers and plenty of coffee pods. There was air conditioning throughout the property, including the bedrooms. The host also met us upon arrival and explained everything, from clothing washing, pool operation and BBQ. We enjoyed the BBQ a few times, sitting outside, enjoying great food, wine and view. The beds were comfortable. It was a 7-8 minute drive to the beach (a 20 minute walk). We would highly recommend this property and would certainly return. Thank you Patrick and Agnes

A beautiful home from home

A stunning home with everything provided that you could possibly want for a holiday close to all the sights of the Cote D’Azur. The house, pool & terrace were sparklingly clean & lovely & the charming owners were friendly & welcoming & they thoughtfully provided groceries upon arrival. The table tennis table in the garden was welcomed by my teenage children & the glorious view, air conditioning & shaded terrace were welcomed by us! I would warmly recommend the house for a restful holiday in the south of France - Thank you Agnes & Patrick for letting us borrow your home for a week! We would love to return one day.

Our First Visit to the South of France

This was the perfect end to a two week trip from Paris to Rome and then the last week chilling out in the south of France. This was our first visit to the south of France and I know I speak for the five of us when I say it was up there with the most relaxing holidays We’ve ever had. The villa is fantastic, all bedrooms air conditioned, a great size pool with beautiful sea views. The kitchen/living room are spacious and well equipped and there is also a gas bbq for the evenings where you just want to stay at the villa. The location is perfect if you have a hire car or other means of transport with Monaco, Monte Carlo, Antibes, Cannes and Nice all within a short drive of 15-30 minutes away. The owners, Agnes and Patrick are very welcoming and provided us with all the essentials in a welcome pack, including a bottle of wine and a few beers. They both greeted us on arrival and showed us around the property and suggested a few places of interest that might be worth a visit during our stay. They clearly take the utmost care of the villa as it was absolutely spotless and fully equipped, I have visited quite a few villas in the past as my wife always feels like she is home from home, something you don’t get with hotels and can honestly say that this villa is amongst the very best we have stayed in. Modern well maintained villa

Agnes and Patrick were waiting to greet us on arrival. They had helpfully managed to get the villa ready a little early, at my request, but unfortunately we were delayed in Nice Airport. Anyone flying into Nice should allow more time than usual for getting through customs, baggage, and car hire pick up. We found our way to the villa using google maps. Agnes and Patrick are a pleasant couple who helpfully showed us around the villa explaining how the appliances, security, pool, and barbecue worked. They generously provided a few beers, a bottle of champagne and fruit on our arrival. The villa is contemporary and well maintained. We spent most of our time outside on the patio enjoying the extensive views and pool. We visited a number of nearby tourist attractions, all of which require a car but are worth the journey. There is a large supermarket 5 minutes drive away which is easy to find. The villa is so good we found that we prepared our own meals, more often than we usually would, while on holiday. At the end of the holiday Agnes and Patrick arrived very punctually, at the agreed time, and the check out process was very straight forward. The refund of the damage was confirmed within a couple of hours, and payment received within a few days. Are they any criticisms? Reversing out of the drive is a bit tricky until you get used to it. I would therefore recommend leaving the car just inside the gates, rather than going all the way down the driveway. Also my family are accustomed to sleeping on more substantial pillows, while those in the villa I would say are more like cushions. Overall a very impressive villa and very pleasant owners. If we should return to Nice we would definitely stay there again.

An absolutely amazing villa

Had a fantastic week at this beautiful family villa, Patrick, Agnes and Henrick welcomed us and showed & explained to us everything we needed to ensure our stay was perfect. Fruit and champagne for us to enjoy!! The pool area and view are fantastic and we only left the villa for groceries, a really relaxing and fun time had by all. My elderly mother was able to access the pool and ground floor bedroom and bathroom without an issue so it really was perfect for all the family. Very professional communication from both Agnes and Patrick and it shows how much they love their home. Area is quiet and great to get away from it all but it gives you the ability to watch the super yachts sail in and out of the bay. Interior is very nice and minimalistic with top end appliances, the weather was hot so the A/C was required and worked well as it was almost silent. We really enjoyed it and would not hesitate to return for longer next time!!!

Amazing views and outdoor space with great hosts.

The views from this home are amazing. The hosts are very welcoming and had fresh fruits, champagne and drinks ready for our arrival. The house is as pictured. It’s ideal if you have a car and are able to drive into Nice or Cannes. Thank you Patrick and Agnes, we really enjoyed our week there.

A perfect holiday!

We stayed at the villa for two weeks in July 2018 as an extended family group (Grandparents, parents and children aged 19, 16 and 11). The villa is situated on a hillside in a quiet residential area overlooking Cagnes sur Mer with stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea and the Bay of Angels. Easy access to beaches, restaurants, Nice, Nice airport and Antibes. Agnes and Patrick were charming hosts and always contactable but never intrusive. The villa is very comfortable, fully equipped and beautifully presented with many small touches evident. With high temperatures in July the availability of air conditioning throughout was very welcome. It was a real pleasure to be able to take meals outdoors in comfort and extensive use was made of the infinity pool. We all had a great time and can recommend this holiday location without hesitation.

An amazing view of the Riviera

We were a family of 7 ppl who stayed in the villa for 10 days, Amazing views and very well kept grounds. The house contains a lot of equipment and its easy to feel home here. Agnès & Patrick were very helpful and had brought refreshments to the house. We drove a car so the distance to Nice was no problem for us, but you should have a car so you can experience all the sights on the French Riviera. It is tempting to come back again on a later occasion. Thanks to Agnès & Patrick who let us borrow their house.

Beautiful house with a great view

Patrick Majorel and his wife are very nice and very welcoming. They responded quickly to any questions we had. The house is very nice and perfectly equipped. The view is amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. What you see in photo is really what you get. We really appreciated the Champagne and fruit basket. Only issue was the noise from the construction next door which disturbed us a little on the last day.

Highly recommended this villa!! Gorgeous views, very peaceful, and wonderful pool!

We just returned from a fabulous stay in this beautiful home. From start to finish, it was perfect. Agnes, Patrick and their sons kindly greeted us upon our arrival with some refreshments and groceries to get us started along with a beautiful fruit arrangement. The house was meticulous and very well stocked with everything we could possibly need. We all thoroughly enjoyed the pool every day and never tired of looking at the gorgeous view. We cooked wonderful dinners every night and sat under the tent. I took a several naps under the large umbrella. The bedrooms were nicely air conditioned so we slept well at night. It was very quiet, peaceful and serene which is exactly what we needed! We took day trips out to Antibes and Monaco but couldn't wait to return to the villa, go for a swim, and admire the view. We took tons of photos and enjoyed every day that we spent in this gorgeous home. We would return in a heartbeat!

Villa de rêves !

Tellement de bonnes choses à dire ... Tout d'abord, un accueil parfait des propriétaires, Agnès et Patrick, une propreté irréprochable, grande disponibilité, décoration avec soin et goût, tout y est neuf ou très récent, grands nombres d'attentions inattendues (frigo rempli, cartouches Nespresso, gel douche, ..,) Quand à la Villa, elle est située dans un quartier très calme avec une vue imprenable sur la Méditerranée. En résumé, tout y était parfait et nous espérons bien y revenir un de ces jours !

Beautiful, clean and great location.

This home is just what a large family needs. We were 8 today and all felt comfortable and had privacy. The air conditioning worked well in the living areas and the bedrooms. The pool was terrific and the views were beautiful. The owners of the home were also very kind and really wanted to make sure we had a pleasant stay!! Thank you Dan and Debbie

Incredible!

This is a really nice Villa, with everything you will ever need to make your stay a great eperience. The view is wonderful, with a lovely pool and plenty of loundging chairs, great terrace and BBQ, lovely kicthen (very well equiped to cook as if you were at home (if that's want you wnated to do)), and fantatsic bedrooms. The location is great, very just outside of Nice (10 min drive to the promenade) and nothing is too far, Cannes, St tropez, Grasse, St Paul de Vence, Monaco... a great base to discover this fantastic part of France. The house is located in a very quiet area. We definetly had a great time and would recommand the villa to anyone!

A wonderful place, the hospitality was tremendous

Our party was made to feel extremely welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If anything, the photos do not do the property full justice! The excellent hosts had thought of everything possible to make our stay as smooth as possible and we certainly appreciated their efforts. The property is, in effect, brand new, and is very comfortable and well appointed. Location is perfect for the airport and well within reach of good wine country, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco etc. The panoramic sea view is very much that. You cannot go wrong in booking this property. Very highly recommended.

Clean Home, Amazing Views, Worth Every Penny!!

I'm glad I have the opportunity for writing the first review on this property. I have stayed in just about every accommodation you can think of all over Europe, and I have to say this has been the very best! From the moment our family walked in, we could tell the owners take pride in keeping a clean, organized home. From the instant we received the kind gift basket, cold drinks, and warm welcome, we knew we picked the right home for our vacation. A little about the house... The 2 bedrooms downstairs have air conditioning, the upstairs bedroom does not. Our trip was during a heat wave, so the AC really kept us comfortable. The showers have great water pressure, all of the windows have electric shutters which allow for pitch black sleeping (my favorite), the pool is relaxing and clean, the driveway can park 2 or 3 cars easily, the outdoor BBQ works great, the kitchen is open and has all of the tools you need to cook family meals and serve them. We ate outside just about every night, and the views are second to none. Overall, I give this property a 9 out of 10!! The wifi is a little slow, but that's not their fault since the house is up on the hill, it's the fastest the service offers. We were very comfortable during our stay, and I would definitely stay here again if visiting Nice. I've only ever stayed in Nice, so being just outside of the busy city was actually a pretty smart move. I should also mention the family was kind enough to offer to help us to the airport with our bags since they all didn't fit in our small rental car. This was an extremely kind gesture. Thanks so much to the family for allowing us to stay in their lovely home. We appreciate their kindness and hospitality.
