Lovely house, conveniently located near the bus, train, and airport, yet we were not disturbed by traffic, trains, or flights.The house had air conditioning in every room, a nice kitchen with an ice maker, and a good outdoor barbecue area. A larger charcoal grill would have been helpful.

First the good points !House was larger than we imagined from the pictures !When we arrived on the Wed the pool was unusable as the water was cloudy and desperately needed chlorine ! It was Friday before the pool guy arrived and placed in two chlorine tablets in the pool in an attempt induce chlorine. As we were at Monaco for the F1 it was Sunday before we could safely use the pool which even then was extremely low !During our stay we were continually pestered by ants which infest the garden and living room area! We bought sprays and attempted to get on top which did help but cleaning should have a pest control company to deal with this !House is generally comfortable however seating in the lounge is limited to 5 on a three seater and 2 seat sofa ! Which in a villa that sleeps 12 is dissapointing !On the plus side the location is good for the airport in Nice and the train to Monaco and there are a few shops close by for fast food and groceries and AC worked well !The villa could be stunning with some attention to detail and maintenance !
