Located 5.5 miles from downtown & the Riverwalk, 12 min. to The Medical Center, and 5.5 mls from popular Pearl Brewery District. Home is perfect for traveling professionals or students. Raquel is also a realtor, so we can offer a moving package at a reduced rate (discount on rental and agent buying commission) to help you find your new home in SA if needed.
