Everything was fine although the entry to the property was a little confusing and I almost entered the main house accidentally but that was probably due to my entry later in the day. Plenty of parking on the street and AC was really not even necessary due to the climate.

This house was about 8 minutes from the boardwalk and very reasonably priced. Aside from the parking situation, the house was a comfortable stay.

It served the purpose for a cheap stay near major attractions but neighborhood didnt make us feel safe, the house has basic essentials for cooking but dishes that were put away weren't clean, the TV channels and streaming services was a plus since there were storms for a couple of days and were helpful entertainment. High population of mosquitoes even inside the house, due to the trees in the yard and it's right near a back alley of unkept grass. The parking wasnt the best, had to manually open a fence door thats not installed properly, and had to avoid dog feces when loading/unloading the car since it's throughout the yard and around parking spot too. Bed was nice and firm, AC was comfortable and easily adjusted.
