On the Water in a Peaceful Lagoon. The bay house is designed specifically to get away while connecting with family, friends. While avoiding the normal rush of people to Galveston. Enjoy all the activities this property has to offer while kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding, boating, and much more within minutes of the house.

It offers a large deck facing the bay with great water views from both the upper and lower decks. A wall of windows overlooking the lagoon and bay. The home has spacious bedrooms and open living, dining areas, and covered decking. Come enjoy time away from the hustle and bustle and recharge your batteries with family and friends. Increased cleaning measures have been implemented.

This home has 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths in a fully renovated property. (The house has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms on the top / main level. Jamaica beach city has recently instituted several ordinances on vacation rentals one is #2025-03. It doesn't allow bedrooms on the lower level of the house to be counted on vacation rental listing sites.., even though there is a full room with areas for "resting" and bathroom on the bottom level for your use while at the property.)

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please leave used towels in the bathrooms.
Please leave any beds that have been slept in unmade. This will let the cleaning crew know which beds need to be changed.
Please put bagged garbage in the cans under the stairs and then place any cans that are full near the street.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
House is not available for School prom parties.... even if chaparoned by adults, Please do not request an exception
Dogs larger than 30 lbs will need to be approved. Pets may stay in the downstairs room, but are not allowed on furniture and beds.
No more than 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Absolutely no parking in the grass.

AMAZING VIEWS AND GREAT DECKS!

Really awesome vacation home with plenty of room inside and out. Great to have 3 full bathrooms to accommodate everyone! Wide open views to the bay and very private and quiet canal space. Enjoyed the kayaks and yard space to play games and hang out in the many choices of lounging on the 2 decks. The family thoroughly enjoyed this home!

Overall the house was great. It’s hard to find more than 3 bedrooms and more than 3 bathrooms and this one had 4 nice sized rooms Everything inside was nicely updated and clean. Plenty of outdoors space and seating.

Great location!

This is a great house for a family trip. There is a ton of space and you can't beat the views. We came during a windy, cold weekend so we couldn't try out the kayaks and water sports, but there were a lot of options. The deck has great views of the bay and the fishing was great off the dock. We will definitely come back during the summer.

We loved the fishing and kayaking! The enclosed upper deck was great for our little ones. The green light was a great way to observe the sea life. The community pool and playground were really nice. The beach is so close too! Highly recommend!!

Perfect Getaway

This trip was different in that there was a tropical storm and the streets were a bit flooded. We planned correctly with groceries and had a nice time fishing and watching the the bay from the porch.

We had a great time. The house was in a good location, clean and well stocked with everything..... even fish fry! Everyone enjoyed fishing, which was good, and kayaking. We would definitely go back again. Fyi, mosquitoes were rampant so bring bug spary.

Great set up for 2 families to enjoy a great vacation - large side lot for volleyball, corn hole and other games. Have fun in the water with the water craft and toys. Fish right from the decking of the house, there are also great local fishing guides available. Quick drive to the beach and a great place to relax and enjoy time together with friends and family.
