Sea Chase | Soundfront + Dock, Walk Downtown!

Enjoy this fantastic location directly on the sound (Banks Channel), right in the quaint town of Topsail Beach! Walk everywhere - to the beach (550 steps), or to our famous little roller skating rink, ice cream shops, restaurants, wine bar, gift shops, fishing pier, pubs, fresh seafood vendor, Missiles and More Museum (think family Bingo on Thursday nights!) and so much more. Just steps from the Topsail Beach Town Park, with its picnic tables, playground, basketball hoops, and pickleball courts. Be in the center of it all!

Sea Chase is located right on the gorgeous sound, with a private dock and your own private beach right in front of the house at low tide. Great for swimming, rafting...even wading for clams for dinner! The dock has both stationary and floating docks, perfect for fishing, crabbing, and getting into your kayaks, paddle-boards, and canoes! Locals like to swim out to "the island" at low tide, a sand bar a short distance offshore, where boats converge for a unique atmosphere of boats, kids, and grills- with a good bit of clamming fun, too! (see photos)

The exterior of this home boasts two huge covered porches - the upper porch is equipped with comfortable cushioned modern outdoor furniture (no plastic chairs here) and wooden rockers, and a sunning deck with lounges facing the sound as well as a hot tub. The lower level has a covered Shuffleboard court, Corn Hole set up, as well as a hopscotch court for the little ones. Soundfront horse shoe pit as well!

Sea Chase has over 2700 square feet of lovely indoor space that includes large floor to ceiling windows to watch the spectacular sunsets that this tiny town is known for. There are two large living rooms (each with large flat screen Smart TV) plus a small upstairs reading room with a smart TV, a bar room (with refrigerator and foldaway game/poker table). The kitchen has been recently updated to include stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and stainless steel subway tile. There is a seasonal fireplace in the living room (Available October through March). All bedrooms have pillow-top Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses, and room darkening plantation blinds for those who like to sleep in. A porta-crib and high chair are provided.

Please Note: Hot tub is only serviced and available Memorial Day-Labor Day. It is closed from Labor Day-Memorial Day.

Fishing fun

Our family enjoyed our stay. We especially loved fishing from the dock at sunset. Close to the beach and walking distance to a great little ice cream shop.

We absolutely loved our stay here at Sea Chase! The house is a perfect size and the layout is wonderful providing privacy and comfort for all. Only thing we would say is in the listing put that hot tub is available outside of date range if wanted for an additional price. Otherwise would definitely come back again!

Awesome location! Beautiful views! House is nicely furnished for outdoor lounging and fun. Walking distance to a lot of family friendly activities (make sure to get to bingo early). Loved the sandbar…took our boat over and anchored up almost daily. Floating dock is a bit unstable and parking is a little inconvenient due to the small house in front (had to park truck and boat trailer offsite), but overall couldn’t have found a better setup for our family of 7 and 2 dogs.

Enjoyed our stay so much. We love the area, stay there every summer. Our first at Sea Chase. :)

Great Overall impression. When tide is out, it gets really shallow for the boat if it is deep bottom boat at the dock. Also, floating dock only has two post, really could use 4. Our boat is 23.8 Sea Pro, but we made it work. We loved our week! Beautiful sunsets and great stay over all. The side porch was great place to sit most of the day. We had breeze just about all week long. Hope to be back in Summer '22
