Escape to this brand new (completed in Dec 2013) beach house in the Live Oaks of Topsail Island neighborhood for a well-deserved beach getaway with your family and friends. This sunny end-lot home is well-appointed, spacious and beautifully decorated that features the popular reverse floor plan to showcase the views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway as well as the sparkling neighborhood swimming pool. There is plenty of outdoor living space with a sundecks, 3 covered porches and a ground-level deck to soak it all in. Anywhere you go, you’ll be able to enjoy this wonderful vacation home.

On the top floor of the Sand Dollar Blessing is the main living area with an open layout that will bring your family together. You will instantly love the look and feel of this coastal paradise with its gorgeous overstuffed furnishings and great architectural details including vaulted ceilings, wainscoting, upgraded kitchen cabinets and more! The queen sleeper sofa is here for your mid-week guests. Gather for a movie on the 46' flat screen TV, play board games and get comfortable on the furnishings as you settle in for a memorable evening of great conversation.

The kitchen, dining area and eat-in bar are just steps away from the open living room. The gorgeous well-stocked kitchen is a great place to prepare fresh seafood feasts for your family. The granite countertops, stainless appliances, butcher’s block will make everyone want to be a part of the day’s meals. Use the oversized pantry to keep your groceries and other belongings tucked away. Gather at the eat-in bar and dining table when your food is just right. Your family will always remember these delicious meals because of the fun and conversations around the table with the stunning ocean views in the background.

When you want to take in a breathtaking sunset over the Intracoastal Waterway or continue to admire the ocean, step outside to the covered porch on the front of the home. This is a great spot where everyone will want to gently sway back and forth in the rocking chairs or enjoy the cafe chairs and table, no matter what time of day. Also on this floor is a full bathroom and a wide sun deck out back with great views of the ocean and the community swimming pool. Watch your children frolic in the pool and take in a view of the ocean. You’ll feel on top of the world here!

When the day is done and sleep is the only thing on your mind, there are four bedrooms here to accommodate everyone in your group. On the top floor is a queen bedroom with a flat screen TV and access to the sun deck that overlooks the pool.This is a great spot for those wanting to limit the steps in their daily routine. Head downstairs to the first floor to find the other three bedrooms. You will fall in love with the master bedroom that features a new luxurious king bed, flat screen TV, writing desk and private bathroom (with 2 sinks!). Rest and relaxation will be easy here! When you are looking for a little privacy, head out to the private covered porch for Sound views and the smell of salt air. You are home now! On the back side of the home there are two bedrooms that the kids will love. On the west side of the home there is a twin/double bunk bed with trundle. The pale shades of green are relaxing and the comfort is all there. There is a flat screen TV here as well as access to the covered deck that overlooks the swimming pool. The final bedroom has another twin/double bunk bed, a flat screen TV and private access to the covered deck. The nautical feeling with the reds and blues will be a hit for the kids. Completing this floor is a full size washer/dryer for your convenience and the main entry.

When it’s time to head to the beach, gather your chairs and toys (we also have some avail. for your use in the ground floor storage) and walk south on S. Topsail Drive to the junction of S. Shore Drive at the “S-Curve”. Continue down South Shore Drive until you reach Windward Drive and cross the street to enter the beach access located just before 1318 S. Shore Drive.

2015 is our first year listed on HomeAway and VRBO. We first listed through a local rental agency but felt it kept renters at too far a distance from us - the homeowners! So, with advice from friends, we are now listing our beach home property ourselves. In the process we hope to maintain better oversight of our beautiful beach home, as well as provide a better welcome and stay for our guests. In the process we will get to know you a little in order to provide you with the things you might need in order to ensure you have a great stay at our home. Why Marshall Geiger chose Surf City

We looked up and down the entire NC coast until we found a place with just the right mix of location and amenities for our family. And we found it here in Surf City (even the town name is cool!)!! Our end-of-street beach house offers great views and is almost new, very bright and only a short stroll to the beach, and right next to the community pool. It has a great beach vibe with its great ocean views and unmistakable cottage feel. The upper living floor is open concept with extra windows on the ocean side to capitalize on the great ocean views. There are 4 separate bedrooms, each with a 32' flat screen TV and DVD player so that everyone can have their own space. The MBR also has a desk in case you need to make sure things are okay back at work while you are enjoying your ocean vacation.

What makes this house unique

Great sunny house location as the end-unit with wonderful ocean views. Classic beach cottage feel! Next to the uncrowded beach and Surf City shops and restaurants. Use of beautiful neighborhood pool shared by only about 20 houses - not hundreds of units - so it is never too crowded. New community pier out to the ICW, that is great for kayaking, fishing, crabbing, sunsets, etc.... We try to anticipate your needs and meet or exceed them. Just a restful place to spend time at the beach and with family and friends.

A beautiful place between the intracoastal and ocean—the best of both worlds! You can tell the owners love their place. Everything is attended to with the utmost consideration. I would definitely come back!

La perfection !

La maison est tout simplement parfaite.

Impeccable, il y a tout le matériel nécessaire dans la cuisine.

La décoration est digne des revues.

Le salon est confortable et il y a amplement d'espace pour 6@10personnes.

La terrasse à l'extérieur avec ses grandes chaises bleues est très agréable, les soirs pour prendre un verre en famille.

On peut marcher jusqu'à la plage, ça prend environ 3minutes. On n'a qu'à traverser 2rues et c'est très accessible.

Je ne trouve rien de négatif à dire sur cette maison et c'est bien tant mieux.

Je la recommande fortement à tous. C'est certain que vous ne serez pas déçus.

Nous étions 2familles avec des enfants entre 7et 12ans.

Merci aux propriétaire de partager leur belle maison !

We absolutely love sand dollar blessing ! The views from the kitchen table of the ocean are great.

This is our second year at this property. It is well kept and maintained. The owners are fabulous to work with! This year there was a pier added to the Intercoastal Waterway so that the homeowners can go out for crabbing ,bird-watching or just to view the fireworks on the 4th. The house is well furnished. It always looks brand new as if it was just built. It is extremely clean and comfortable . We love the pool and the beach is only a short walk to access. There are multiple decks on the house. Each bedroom has access to a deck. The upper decks have views of the ocean. One deck on the top is covered for those who dont need extra sun. The other is not covered for the ultimate sun bather. The kitchen is nice and spacious. All of the appliances are top notch (I'm sort of jealous they are better than mine at home). Plenty of serving dishes,baking pans, Tupperware, etc. Beds and mattresses are all great. Nothing, absolutely nothing in this home looks worn or used. Every detail has been taken care of by the owners. There is a washer and dryer that we used. There is a gas grill that is well kept. There are also beach items for use if needed (chairs, bodyboards, etc). Overall, this has been one of the best and cleanest homes we have ever stayed at. We have stayed at homes up and down the North Carolina coast for over 9 years. We will definately be returning to this home again. Thanks to the owners for such detailed care of this beautiful place!!!

Thank you for that. Yes, we really do try to keep it well maintained both for our guests as well as ourselves (we love to get to the beach too!). Sue does an amazing job of decorating and her touches here and there make it nice for everyone that comes. It really is our shared beach home, not just some rental property we are trying to make money off of - and I think it shows. We try to add something new each year...like the upstairs porch rockers this year. We do enjoy the new pier! The activities it allows are a great addition (fishing, crabbing, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc.) and views of the sunsets are unbeatable! Another great week at Sand Dollar Blessing

This was our second year staying at Sand Dollar Blessing and it was as fantastic as we remembered from last year. Clean, beautiful house with enough room for our group-5 adults, two children. Plenty of dishes, pots etc for cooking-we love to get fresh seafood from Surf City Crab. Easy walk to the beach. Love having access to a pool which was never too crowded. Love the views from the porches. We would definitely return.
