BIKINI AND BEACH TOWEL NEEDED! Pack your swimsuit and beach towel—we’ve got the rest covered. Well, almost… don’t forget a few clothes! (bed linens & bath towels, paper towels, bbq propane, toliet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dish washer soap, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, 3 boogie boards, and tons of sand toys are included)

At Catie’s Cove, you’ll find pretty much everything you need for the perfect beachside escape. Relax, recharge, and let the good times roll

Enjoy true oceanfront living with no streets between you and the sand – the beach is just off the deck. The home is only 3 blocks from the Surf City center and fishing pier, so you can park once and walk to about 15 different eateries, park, ice cream & gift shops, bars with live music, and a nearby food market within 5 minutes.

Surf City, NC, is approximately a 2-hour drive from Raleigh and just 20–30 minutes from Wilmington airport, making arrivals and departures easy.

Catie’s Cove offers over 2,000 square feet of stylish, comfortable living space, larger than many other 4-bedroom homes and even some 5-bedroom rentals in the area, providing ample room to gather and relax.

The living area has a new sofa, a bookshelf with lots of books, games, and puzzles. The dining area has plenty of seating at the table and the kitchen counter. A foosball table offers hours of fun for everyone. 65" LCD TV

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property!! We were so impressed by how large it was - plenty of room for our 3 kids to move around, lots of tables and benches to put our things down, etc. The home was recently remodeled and everything was very modern - clean, hardwood floors, beautiful bathrooms, sturdy furniture. We appreciated the linen service. The location was very convenient to a nearby park and restaurants. The private access to the beach was amazing - the stairs are a little steep, but not too bad. The beach was a little crowded because the location is close to the pier and it was probably spring break as well as Easter weekend, but we still enjoyed it. Check in and out was effortless, and Sharon was very responsive to questions.

Catie’s Cove in Surf City, NC was the perfect getaway for my family and me. Our host was an excellent communicator, making everything smooth and easy. The house was spotless, well maintained, and sits right on the beach with beautiful ocean views. Each morning, I loved relaxing on the porch with my coffee while watching the sunrise. The beach was very clean and well cared for, perfect for long walks. The location is ideal—within walking distance to the pier, Daddy Mac’s (a great beachfront restaurant), the bridge, a hamburger and hot dog spot, a taco place, and several donut and ice cream shops. Truly the perfect beach escape.

Our beachfront home offers a unique rental experience with its prime location on Topsail Island, providing easy access to a family-friendly beach and nearby amenities. Everything you need is only steps away, with no streets to cross, giving you peace of mind and convenience—especially if you have children who need to go back and forth between the house and the beach.

Unlike other rentals with 4 or 5 bedrooms that offer 500-600 square feet less space, our home provides ample room to relax and unwind without feeling cramped.
