This is our second stay here in Wautoma and we were not disappointed. We had a rainy weekend but property has a great game room and lots of books and board games. Property is very clean and hosts are very responsive to any questions or problems we encountered. Lake is clean and shallow and so many water toys that kept the kids busy between rain showers. We definitely hope to make this a yearly tradition.

Beautiful property, with a great living area and an awesome game room! The bathrooms were all very spacious and fully stocked. The host was also incredibly helpful in trouble shooting thermostat issues when we first checked in.

The perfect place for our cousin getaway. The beach was beautiful and accessible, the kitchen was big enough for all our food, rooms were comfortable and clean.We all enjoyed ourselves and felt like we were kids again!

The renovation on the home was exceptional esp. the bathrooms! The washer and dryer were of good quality and did get used every day They had multiple indoor and outdoor activities for kids which was great. The downstairs bunk room was fun for the little kids. We did find some spiders that we got rid of. The stairs leading to the second floor were quite noisy and was noticeable for those retiring early on the first floor bedroom and the loft sleeping area. We were a bit perplexed when entering the kitchen and there was a sign stating that we should wash and sanitize any dishes prior to using. The dishes were not kid friendly so we purchased paper products. Also a sign stating any odiferous foods such as Brussels sprouts and onions should not be cooked in the house had use wondering........ A suggestion would be to replace the cookware as items were just tossed into cupboards mix and match. I am an organizer and it was concerning. Also having as s'more forks would be nice. We found one in the cupboards. The lake is 5 feet deep - no problem for pontooning, tubing and jet skiing. The firepit and firewood were great.There was a raft available but we found that it was a landing pad for geese at night so every morning it was full of Goose Poop. Not certain why the birds did not use any of the other available rafts. The Bonds were receptive when we had any questions and responded in a timely fashion. We did make fun family memories and laugh about our own Poop Island.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay and use of all the amenities! To address a couple of the points mentioned: there are child-friendly cups and plates above the pantry, as well as some brand new marshmallow roasters in the garage. If we’d had the opportunity, we definitely could have directed you to them. The sign in the kitchen is required of us to post, but because we have a sanitize cycle on our dishwasher it is not necessary to sanitize before use if you do not want to. Again this is something we could have addressed if we had been questioned. While it is wonderful when a select few guests are organizers, the majority of our guests are not and choose to randomly toss items into the cupboards. Myself or our cleaners organize it as frequently as we are able, but given such a large home to clean in a relatively short period of time the priority is always Cleaning first. Lastly. the swim raft can be a challenge to keep ducks and geese off of! When we clean it (as you discovered) it’s right back to square one the next morning. As this is becoming increasingly bothersome, we may remove the raft in upcoming years. We are more than happy to answer questions during our guests stay, so encourage reaching out to us!

Another awesome stay at BondingTime. The improvements that Dave and Diane have done are wonderful. The weather was great and the kids enjoyed catching (and releasing) a large number of fish. We are already looking forward to our stay next year,

Had a great time

Perfect property for a family stay. Well-equipped, clean, comfortable, large home. Lots of things for kids and adults to do - paddle boat, kayaks, water toys, games inside. Lake is beautiful and shoreline is perfect for swimming. This was our second stay here. We had a great time!

Owners of property were very helpful and the location in the lake gave great sun sets.

Water was nice and house supplied a lot of the water toys (boats, canoes, life vest and some fishing gear). Would recommend if your looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay. The weather was perfect, but even if it hadn't been we would have enjoyed being together inside because there was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable and the game room was lots of fun. We had a wonderful family weekend! We are hoping to make it an annual tradition!

We had a great weekend with our children and grandchildren. We are at quite a crew and this was a great fit. We especially love the shallow shoreline. House was very clean and hosts were super responsive to every question or problem we encountered. Loved the 2 refrigerators and grandkids loved the game room. We are hoping to make this a yearly tradition.

Family getaway

Place suited or group of 10 perfectly, 4 families and we each had our own rooms with beds to spare. Big kitchen table and living room made it easy to feed and entertain, even during winter time. Hosts were good with communicating and very responsive to any questions or concerns.
