1 bedroom, two bathroom (Sleeps 6) renovated ocean front unit directly facing the Gulf of Mexico with spectacular panoramic views of the Emerald Coast.

Pelican Beach Resort is on the beach, no need to cross any roads.

In addition to the King bed in the master bedroom, there is a twin over twin bunk bed in the hall and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 6 people. Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is a second full bathroom in the hall.

This unit offers a full kitchen with all necessary appliances, utensils and cooking equipment. For your convenience, there is a coin operated laundry room on each floor. You will find a DVD player and two large smart flat screen TV's in this unit. Complimentary Netflix is included on living room TV. Enjoy super high speed complimentary Wifi.

Pelican Beach Resort is conveniently located in the heart of Destin with great dining and shopping around and right across the street from the Big Kahuna's water park. In addition, there are many recreational activities nearby.

All Pelican Beach units, balconies and common areas are smoke-free.

We are a family of four and we love to travel. Our first choice is to stay in a condo where we can cook, relax and spend time together as a family. Convenience is a big factor for us since we have two children. There are plenty of activities around for all ages and many shops are conveniently located (Whole foods, Walmart, outlet mall to name a few).
