Relájese y descanse: es tiempo de vacaciones y esta hermosa casa de 9BR / 5BA Orlando es la base perfecta para su escapada. Ubicado en ChampionsGate en la bella Davenport, FL, ¡está a solo minutos de Disney World! Traiga a toda la familia e incluso algunos amigos; la casa tiene mucho espacio para vivir y dormir y todo lo que necesitas para experimentar las vacaciones de tu vida.

En la planta baja, encontrará dos dormitorios principales, ambos con una cama king-size y uno con un cómodo baño en-suite. Arriba, siete habitaciones aseguran que todos tengan un lugar para descansar por la noche. Los tonos relajantes y la decoración cómoda crean el ambiente perfecto para una buena noche de sueño. Tres de las habitaciones cuentan con camas queen, una tiene una cama king y las otras tienen dos camas dobles o dos camas individuales.

Cada habitación tiene su propio televisor de pantalla plana, además hay un televisor de pantalla plana adicional en el área del desván. Experimenta horas interminables de diversión familiar en la sala de juegos donde encontrarás futbolín, air hockey y ping pong.

Great for Families

Nice house and location. Walk to the club. Good beds. Kitchen could use better cooking supplies including a baking pan to heat up pizza, and a casserole dish. Publix was 5 min away so we were able to purchase what we needed. WiFi was spotty and kept coming in and out. They told us we had too many devices on which is why it was slow. I explained multiple times but there was a language barrier with the maintenance guy they sent out. It never got fixed so we used our own hotspot when we needed to connect. Hot water wasn’t on when we arrived but that was fixed quickly. Otherwise we had a great time.

Family Reunion

Beautiful home although the floors were not very clean on arrival. Yet we enjoyed the stay overall. The previous guess must have moved the Ping-pong table outside?? And the mops and broom closet was locked. But overall, this was a very nice home.

Not what we expected

Stayed in two properties because the first one had a significant water leak which had been reported to the property management but no action taken. After much instance they moved us temporarily. Properties were run down. Most of the amenities were broken. Hot tub had cold water. Heating of the water cost extra!

Great place

Loved our stay at this house. Neighbors were very loud but there is nothing you can do about that! Loved they way the house was set up! Beds were super comfortable! Only suggestions would be to add a fridge in the garage and replace the toaster (it’s terrible). Oh and have the garbage instructions written out somewhere!

We had a great time

Commutation was Excellent and very fast responses when I messaged them through my stay. Space was great for what we needed. Location was close to a lot of other things.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I give this property a four out of five stars. My reason for four stars is because the furniture in the living room needs to be replaced; one side of the sliding glass door doesn’t lock; the chairs at the breakfast bar and dinning room table need to be replaced; the walls and rails could use fresh paint, the carpet needs to be cleaned; the TV in one of the rooms didn’t work. The pictures on the website should be updated as the they don’t depict the house accurately. Overall my family enjoyed our stay, the house is spacious, and clean. During our I stay I received an email from Dennis everyday checking to see if we needed anything. We would definitely rent from Dennis again.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very disappointed with my stay. I was unable to dry my clothes due to the drying machine knob was broken. The line to get into the subdivision was very long. The house is roach infested we had roaches downstairs and upstairs. The bathroom tub was clogged. I reach out to the host to express all of these concerns and he apologized and told me that I should have read the terms and conditions. Some of my family left the house due to the roaches. I requested a refund for a small portion due to the inconvenience, but I was declined any sort of refund. I will never do business with this host again and I would never recommend this house.

The a/c was not working, wifi was not working I was also charged for pee stains on the mattress that was there before my guest stayed....

The size was great but this house was dirty and not maintained. Rugs filthy, handprints on wall, furniture dirty and two white sling chairs in living room have been fixed sloppily so when you sit in them. You go to floor. Pool area needs pressure cleaning and weeds pulled out of cracks. Door locks not working, dishwasher moldy, overall lack of maintenance Many more thing wrong but they need to come in and make repairs and spray for roaches we saw!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've had issues with this property since day one. Internet out the first night. No towels in the master bedroom. The kitchen sink is broken. The kitchen sink only gives you scalding hot water. The sliding door broke. Broom broken. The dishwasher is broken. TV in the sitting area no volume. Living room furniture broke. Kitchen chairs broke a couple of them. Dryer not drying. The doorbell does not work. Nicole Orrey has. Not return to call since June 20th. Only spoken to Joyce Lavada. Who has told us that there is nobody over Nicole? Only guest relations are in the office Tuesday and Thursdays. We have been calling since June 20th. On the call, it says "you would have excellent service" and we have not received it yet. The housekeeping supervisor returned our call on Tuesday and tell this to wait until it stopped raining before they could come out and no one has shown up. As of writing this, no one has returned our call. The TV guy came and said Spectrum has to fix it. The TV volume sir? He left. I asked for a corporate office. I was told, Nicole is at the top and she isn't in for this whole week. I asked who handles issues while she is out? I was told by Joyce nobody. So this is a summary of us sitting ducks. NEVER AGAIN will I stay at Champion Gates! Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.
