Your Space
Relax and have fun at the “Lazy River Lookout” with our spacious outdoor living-space under a shaded, 80' pergola paradise, which wraps around the home to your own private hot tub oasis. Within minutes you can sit in the swirling water and feel the stress melt away! This amazing home makes for a rejuvenating and fun retreat for multi-families, groups, and teams. The home also boasts three master suites, a bunk room, and a clubhouse room; each with their own bathroom to give plenty of room for everyone! 5 bedrooms! 5 full baths! One level! (Sleeps 24 adults, 2 pac n plays)

Gather 'round in the spacious living area that is perfect for conversation and comfortably seats 24+, complete with a cozy 80" fireplace and 75" Samsung Ultra HDTV and DVD player. The extended dining table seats 12, with four bar chairs seated at the granite, kitchen island. The well-equipped kitchen has stoneware, melamine, and children's dinnerware available for indoor or outdoor dining. There's even a beverage dispenser to whip up a large batch of cool drinks for your gathering.

Step out onto the patio to an outdoor dining table that seats eight and place drinks on an ice buffet in the extended, galvanized tray. Everything tastes better on a natural gas BBQ, and when you're done eating, rest on the covered cabana to sleep it off, or sit at the seating area to talk about your next bucket list adventure in Southern Utah. Your entire experience overlooks the lazy river, hot tub, and splash pad, and will make others want to be where you are! Your night-time will be illuminated by outdoor party lights strung around the edge of the pergola!

This amazing home is packed with all sorts of things to do. You’ll be making memories with your family and friends as you spend the day at the two-tiered pool and 20-person hot tub and then come back to play the PacMan & basketball arcade and ping pong. Hang out on our covered observation deck by-day, or roast marshmallows at the fire pit, and star-gaze under the night sky. There are also bikes to ride on the nearby paths, or take a three minute ride to Harmon’s Grocery for a gelato-run. Just a walk around the corner is Archie Gubler Park; equipped with a sand volleyball court, playground, splash-pad, pickle ball courts, picnic pavilions, and baseball fields - all included as part of your Southern Utah experience!

Saint George and the surrounding area dominates as the world's outdoor play place. Outdoor activities are accessible in every direction.The spectacular scenery of Zion National Park is the most visited at over 4.5 million sightseers in a year. Highlights for outdoor adventures are ATV and Jeep tours, boating and water sports on three nearby lakes, mountain biking, rock climbing, hiking, golfing, backpacking and canyoneering are just some of the many activities offered in this desert playground.

Many find the perfect getaway watching a musical against the red rock backdrop at the Tuacahn outdoor amphitheater. Snow Canyon offers stunning scenic drives, hiking, slot canyons and ancient petroglyphs. You can also hike to discover Anasazi Ridge Petroglyphs in nearby Ivans-- all within minutes of your vacation home.
