Includes: 1 queen bed, 1 bathroom, a covered carport for one car (with guest parking also available), in-unit washer/dryer, fully furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances, fireplace (inoperable), and private patio with gazebo in the back. Located next to the community pool and spa.
