You can enjoy beautiful sunrise and sunset views with over 300 feet of waterfront footage. Experience lovely water views from every room in the house. The house has a comfortable living room area with a fireplace. The house also includes a bunk / media room with a large television and pool table. There is also a covered porch with gas grill and television! There is a sun dock for easy access to the water.
