THE SPACE: The open floor plan with the large wall of south-facing windows in the great room is perfect for people to gather comfortably and migrate naturally between the living room, kitchen, dining room, front porch and the deck. KITCHEN: The large gourmet kitchen is equipped with a double oven, a double sink, a 4-burner gas stove, 2 skylights and views to the north and the south. GREAT ROOM: Dine in simple elegance with comfortable seating for 6-8 at the dining room table or be part of the kitchen activity sitting at the kitchen bar which seats 4. In the living room area, relax and put your feet up on the large leather ottoman or in one of the reclining wing back chairs. Stream a show on the 48” smart TV or just enjoy the big sky view. FAMILY ROOM: Downstairs there’s a 1000sqft. family room with 5 windows, patio access and 9’ ceilings where you can watch the 42” smart TV with surround sound, do some work at the large executive desk, play a board game with the kids. Plenty of space for a workout - put in your favorite workout music.
BEDROOMS: There are 4 bedrooms, including 3 on the main level and 1 on the first level. The large 16'x16' ensuite master King bedroom (Bedroom 1) has a 9-11' vaulted ceiling, cherry furnishings, smart TV and a wall of windows with a lovely view of the meadow and the large master bath has double sinks, jetted tub with a view and a large shower. There's a lovely corner bedroom with 3 windows on the main level (Bedroom 2) with an oak craftsman Queen bedroom set. This room shares a Jack and Jill bath with a bedroom which sleeps 4 (Bedroom 3). Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and a double futon couch. The futon couch opens up to a double bed with a full-size conventional mattress. This would be an option if children would like to share a room with their parents. Downstairs on the patio level is bedroom 4 with a double cherry sleigh bed, 2 south-facing windows, 9' ceilings and adjacent large full bath.
Also, conveniently located on the main level is a laundry room with a Whirlpool Cabrio high capacity and high efficiency washer and dryer with utility sink, full-size ironing board and iron and extra clothes hanging space. WIFI: The home has 40 Mbps WIFI. The router is on the main level and there is a signal booster on the ground level. The cell coverage for some carriers is limited so there is a land line phone with free domestic calling available to you. The TV’s in the house are smart TVs capable of streaming with your own Netflix or Amazon accounts, however the house does not have cable or satellite service. Guests have access to the entire house and the two-acre property. If you can open a cabinet or closet, then it is intended for your use and the contents are for you to use as needed. Parking is available in the large driveway with room for up to 4 other vehicles.
SELF CHECK-IN is available. You host will be available to you during reasonable hours via cell phone, call/text, WhatsApp as needed to answer any questions. We are highly motivated to make your stay an enjoyable one!
SECURITY: For security, there is a Ring doorbell to the left of the front door. It has a view range of the front door, front porch and front stairs only. There are no other ring system devices or cameras on the property.
