Wonderful beachfront location

We enjoyed a 4 night stay over the holiday weekend with my parents. The condo has a beautiful view of the Gulf and is located in the heart of Rosemary Beach. The condo is nicely decorated and has a well stocked kitchen. The check-in and check-out process is easy with instructions sent via email. We had some problems with the internet service at the condo and the 30-A management team was easy to communicate with via text and worked to fix the problem. NOTE: If you have Verizon cell service you will have trouble with your service. They only have 4G in the Rosemary Beach area and we struggled to get a connection in the condo and on the beach in the immediate area. From the condo, it's a quick stroll down the boardwalk to the beach through Crabby Steve's, the complex's beach side restaurant. We had a nice dinner there our last night. The Mahi fish sandwiches we had were fresh and tasty. I highly recommend eating early (before noon) or later in the day to avoid long wait times from the due to the beach crowd who keep it jumping during the heart of the day. There are other nice dining options, both upscale and casual, directly across and just down the street to the east. We enjoyed a tasty Mexican dinner at a restaurant directly across from the complex and then grabbed ice cream from another store and ate it while enjoying music in the plaza. We are already planning another stay!

Spring Break 2024

We had a wonderful time at the beautiful condo. It was so close to the beach, shopping and restaurants that we were able to walk everywhere. We will definitely come back to stay again!!

Perfect weather for a quick fall trip to 30-A

I love staying at High Pointe! This is my 6th stay at this property. This trip, was with my 2 adult daughters, and we had a great girls weekend. We ate in our favorite restaurants (outdoors), shopped, and enjoyed lying on the beach in the beautiful warm sunshine.

Great location for families

Overall was a nice property and great location. Very convenient (pool, beach, Crabby Steve's, restaurants across street) for our family with young kids. Beds were comfortable! Unit itself needs a deep clean (fans dusted, washer had mold, grout is black, etc). Playground could use some maintenance as well (lots of ants and weeds else we would have used more).

WONDERFUL VIEW!

We absolutely LOVED your condo and the ocean view! The unit was newly renovated, super clean and in a perfect location. We did have an issue getting into the gate and also had the battery die in the door entry but the management was super responsive and accommodating to resolve those issues. We will certainly want to book again next year! Thank you!

Fabulous Condo!

Fantastic location & condo is beautifully furnished! Very soothing & comfy decor & very spacious for just a 2 BR. Well stocked with essentials too for people flying in. We didn’t save luggage room for beach towels so had to purchase during our stay but other than that the condo was stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Check out is very easy too, so the 9 AM checkout time is no big deal. Definitely plan on returning to this condo!!

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed our stay! Communication with management company not great at first but then we got VIP service. Location and view were amazing and condo is beautiful. Watch out for master shower door - hits shower head every time you open it and could break if you aren’t careful.

Amazing view!

Such an incredible property with the BEST view! Parking is easy and super close! A short elevator trip takes you to the condo on the second floor. The view is stunning, you can see and hear the waves perfectly! The walk to both the pool and the beach is so short. Nicely stocked, we did end up buying laundry soap to do laundry. If you think you will cook a lot, I would also buy dishwasher tabs and dish soap, as only 2 dish tabs are provided. The beds were comfortable and our family of five had plenty of room. The only thing that I wished they would of had was some sort of security lock/chain lock from the inside. The master bedroom is located in the back of the condo with a nice view, but the other bedroom, where the kids slept, is at the front of the condo by the door. As a parent of young kiddos, it would of been more reassuring to have the extra security. That being said, we had no problems and felt safe and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Location Location Location

Situated between Alys and Rosemary Beaches, High Pointe’s location can’t be beat. Restaurants and shopping are only short walks away. The condo has a large master bedroom and fairly large second bedroom. The kitchen is somewhat small but was plenty big for us. It opens onto the dining and living areas. The balcony provides wonderful views of the beach. Generally, there is only a single row of umbrellas and chairs on High Pointe’s beach, which is a BIG plus. There were a few negatives. The throw pillows on the master bed were dingy and one had a large brown stain. The bathroom mats were gray and appeared dirty in spots. There were hairs that appeared to have been swept into the comers of the bathroom, and the shower drain was full of hair. These issues bring the overall cleanliness rating down a bit. Overall, though, the positives (and especially the location) outweigh the negatives and I would recommend.

Wonderful views in a great location

Recent renovations were well done, with high end appliances, pleasant beach decor, and sleek bathroom fixtures. There is a bit of wear&tear starting to show, with a few noticeable stains on pillows and seat cushions. The big “aah” money shot, however, is the view - beautiful gulf views from living and master bedroom! The building itself is a bit dated but the beaches are kept clean and it was an easy walk to either Alys or Rosemary Beach. We felt safe due to the gated entrance (guard on duty til 10:30 pm). Check in was easy and staff was responsive. My biggest complaint would be regarding the housekeeping prep - there was old coffee and coffee grounds in the pot, some unclean dishes in the dishwasher, and a load of bath mats in the dryer - suggesting a lack of attention to detail in the cleanup. The worst was an old half-full water bottle on the balcony. But staff was responsive to our complaints and apologetic. I would highly recommend overall.

Lovely view, quiet, tasteful furnishings....beware

This is a nice property that one can tell the owners have put thought and taste in designing a vacation space. It was furnished with a pleasing neutral palate with delightful artwork. The bed, linens and towels were nice and plenty of pillows! The owners might consider the addition of blankets for the colder months. The tile floors feel perfect, I'm sure in the summer months but add to the chill in the winter. On arrival we expected someone to be in the gate house to give us our codes for entry, etc. There was no one present. We had received an email about an electronic pad for check in but it was inside the unit...we had to call the property management company twice before we could get through to a person.....it's dark, cold and no one was around. It was discovered that the information we needed had been texted to the wrong number. We accessed the unit and the electronice check in pad would not work. There was a small loaner refridgerator as the owners were replacing the full size fridge.....no ice maker and no ice trays. When using both showers at the same time, the hot water ran out. Internet very slow and so we could not do work we had planned on completing while away from jobs...The property manager gave us another internet network to join but it did not improve the speed. Even the movie we were watching on TV would occasionally run slow....A property maintenance man came unannounced to repair a loose shower handle one morning while we were getting dressed. It was not until he left that I relized he did not wear a mask. We were arrived on a Thurs. and were planning on staying until Tuesday. We decided to leave Monday as we had work that needed completing and there were no public areas with wifi available due to covid. We let the property manager know we were leaving Mon. am....he said "he hoped they could make it up on our next trip...." There won't be a next time for us using this company.

5 day trip for my wife and I

Property was dirty. Pool was closed entire time and no one advised us of closure although they did offer 20% discount. Microwave malfunctioned but was quickly fixed by maintenance. Second bath shower handle came off of wall and we had to replace. Very disappointed in place and management. We would not have rented this had we known pool was closed for maintenance. Feel as though we were scammed. And no choice but to accept 20% discount. Would not use them again.
