It is a wonderful apartment in a perfect location — right on a beautiful, clean beach. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.Our group of four girlfriends had a great time and really enjoyed the area.The only things we missed were beach towels in the apartment, and there were only two beach chairs assigned to our condo, available only until around 4–5 pm.

The condo - great. Clean, large, amazing view, working appliances, great kitchen supplies, plenty of towels, extremely comfortable bed in the primary bedroom, clean & fast elevatorsProperty - be aware that there is absolutely no access to the property without you getting your check in code. They were also adamant that there was no early check in (we got our code at 3:10pm for a 4pm check in) therefore there was absolutely no option of leaving our luggage on the property, having lunch at the on-property bar or using the pool while we waited. We had to drag our bags from landing in ECP at 12:45pm until check in. This was a huge inconvenience, and I couldn't imagine doing this if I had children with me. Do NOT get groceries on your way unless you have your check in code as they will sit in your hot car if you have one. You will have to park somewhere else as you are not allowed to park on the property until you get your check in code around 4pm. We did not get a rental car since every place is walkable. I asked the property management company about a recommendation days before my arrival and their suggestion was for me to leave my bags in Destin, FL .. a 20-30 minute car ride away. They could have mentioned that there is a large lawn space with a restaurant, seating and an outdoor bar that we could hang out at until our room was ready. Overall -- I would stay here again now that I know how the property works. I wish the management company was more hospitable

We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed the cleanliness, spacious layout, beautiful views, and all the comforts of HP 34E On the Gulf — especially the comfortable bed in the primary bedroom and the well‑stocked kitchen. However, we are truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced before check‑in. The property does have strict security procedures that we, unfortunately, do not control, but we should have communicated them - and the available options - much more clearly and for that we apologize. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we are already working on improving our pre‑arrival communication so guests know exactly what to expect — including where they can relax while waiting for their access code. It was our pleasure hosting you, and we would be honored to welcome you back for a more hospitable experience next time.

Beautiful Property on a Private Beach

My family had an amazing time at this property. The views were beautiful. It was close to Rosemary and easily walkable to all the shopping and restaurants.

Awesome place and location

Super location in the middle of Rosemary, walkable to shopping and restaurants. Right on the beach and amazing views from the balcony. Unit was clean and comfortable.

Easy access to beach, pool, restaurants, and shopping. Everything was great, and the check-in personnel were great about what type of coffee pot etc!

Best beach trip with kids!

This was the perfect place to stay!! The condo is in the perfect spot. Very convenient to both the pool / beach and is walking distance to shops and restaurants. We never had to get back in our car once we arrived! We went with a toddler and baby and this made it so easy. Our kids LOVED the pool and nearby playground as well as the music that played across the street nightly. Having the chairs set up for us daily at the beach was also an extra bonus. We will be back!!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this Condo! The location was perfect between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach on the beautiful 30a. The condo and furnishings were adorable and one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. Was a sweet and very private place that was not as busy as the other places on 30a, which is a plus for rest and relaxation, but can still walk to the amazing restaurants! Loved it and will look at it again in the future~

Fantastic Week

We spent a week in late April and could not have asked for a better location and housing that we had. The view from the balcony was to die for and we left the doors open to hear the sounds of the surf. The location was so close to all the shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach. The kitchen was well stocked even though we do no cooking; only breakfast. The furnishings were very nice, clean, and spacious. Hope to come back again

30A Stay

Stay on 30A was great!! '30A Escapes' was very easy to work with on the reservation. Minor issues that need attention: Master Bedroom; fan did not work, TV and mattress need upgrades. Crabby Steve's is a real benefit to the overall beach experience!!

A Wonderful Vacation!

We stayed at the property for a girls trip. The condo was clean, well maintained, and in a super convenient location. The pool was above and beyond expectations! I was shocked at how big it was. I've stayed at places before where the pool looks huge in the pics, but are disappointing in person. Not this time! Would definitely stay here again.

Under Construction

We were aware there would be construction on the grounds, but having to wait to get out the door due to pressure washing with bleach smell 2 days in a row and the constant sound of equipment beeping was a bit much. Also we were notified an hour before arrival the pool was going to be closed our entire stay. 30a Escapes rep came by the condo to ask about our stay but was unsympathetic. Disappointing.
