This fully equipped 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is located in a gated community in north Davenport Fl.

This unit contains:

-Master king bedroom with master bath
-Queen bedroom
-Bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and an additional twin bed.

Unit sleeps 8 comfortably in beds which means no fighting over who needs to sleep on the couch! Each bedroom has its own flat panel cable TV equipped with access to your Netflix, Hulu or other online accounts.

-Living room
-Dining room
-Hall bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub.
-Balcony with views of the pool

The living room also has a large 55 inch flat panel smart TV as well as a DVD player for family entertainment. This television can also be used to access any and all of your streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc)!
The balcony includes seating for four and a small table to enjoy a morning coffee, a nice glass of wine, or an after dinner cocktail!

-Fully equiped kitchen

Dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, blender, toaster, microwave, pots and pans, etc all provided for your use during stay! A local Publix supermarket is only a mile away that allows you to get what ever you need to make the night complete. There is also a local liquor store that has the spirits you may desire.

-Washer and dryer as well as Iron and ironing board.

The unit has free wireless internet throughout as well as access to the pool/clubhouse. Landline telephone allows free local calls.

Very good place to stay with family!

We had a great experience with the place, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen has lot of space and everything was clean! The only thing is the location if you want to go to Disney, is like 25min drive, but it was not a big deal for the price.

I have to say that I was disappointed. A week before we left, we learn that maintenance needed to be done on the pool, so no pool. We had no shampoo, no contionner, no soap for the bath, no dishwasher soap, 2 pods for laundry, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and almost no towels. We had to go buy everything. The condo needs a good deep clean. The stove top burners are not working, the dishwasher doesn’t work properly. The ladder leading to top bunk was loose… We will not be staying there next time.

Very spacious, good location

Large open floorplan with plenty of room. Location was within 30 minutes of Disney even with traffic. Everything you will need for your stay is right near by. Host was very friendly and responsive when an issue would arise and would be resolved quickly.

Terrace Ridge stay

Loved the property. The unit well suited our needs for our first year as snowbirds. The owner was pleasant and always communicated very efficiently. Recommendation: update the living room furniture. Outdated and very low to the floor.All of the beds were very comfortable. We will be returning! Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo.

Found this listing online & it was perfect. Great location to food/shops… far away enough from the “Disney” area…. But close enough to it as well. Good communication every time. Big condo, awesome beds too. No complaints. Thanks again & hope to return next year.

Spring break stay

We stayed at this property for 10 days for my son's spring break. It's good location, pretty close to theme parks but far enough to not be in the thick of traffic. It was a much busier area that last year when we stayed at this same complex, but overall, I like the location. They layout of the condos is great, the clubhouse is great, the buildings all have a lift if you need to avoid stairs or have just had a long day. This particular property has a really quirky microwave and is pretty bare bones as far as living basics so be prepared to go full shopping before you start anything else on your trip. The contact we had was VERY fast about getting back to us about every question or concern. Overall, this was a great experience.

We loved it at first site. We are a family of 7 and wanted a vacation place we can go to and relax but be close enough to all the major attractions in the Orlando area. We spend a lot of time in the unit and love it.
