The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Confirm that all towels are adequately hung on the provided hooks or towel bars. Please do NOT leave any towels in a pile. The housekeeper will strip the beds. (PLEASE DO NOT START ANY WASHING)
Collect all garbage and place it outside in the dumpster containers. The garbage shed is located on the left side of the parking area when you’re headed outside of the condo.
Place all used dishes and other (dishwasher-safe) kitchen items in the dishwasher and start a wash cycle. Please ensure the soap pod is unwrapped if necessary.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement. Security Deposit Hold is $300.00
Minimum age to rent is 25. No Smoking, No Pets. No parties/events.
$300.00 cancellation fee

The host was very easy to get a hold of. The kitchen was well stocked with cook wear, glasses, cutlery and basic cooking items, and there were even beach towels chairs, umbrellas, beach bag and a cooler for us to use. We especially loved the view from the deck! We enjoyed having our breakfasts there in the morning and actually ate in a few nights so that we could enjoy the sunset while eating.

We loved it! We have stayed at the Ekolu a number of times and keep coming back. This unit is gorgeous - fully equipped with everything you could want, and a very special view that we enjoyed immensely. We hope to be back!

Location, location,location

the property is very nice. we are walkers and beach goers. the Ulua Beach parking fills up by 0800 so you should park your loaded vehicle at 0600 and walk back up the hill. then walk down and spend the day w all your beach stuff close and convenient. the West side of the Ulua shower complex has the best snorkeling. Island Gourmet sells papayas but no decent bread.

Location, Location, Perfect Location to everything!

We had a fabulous time at the condo- it was truly our home away from home during our time in Maui. We stayed for 10 days while my brother got married at the Grand Wailea. The condo was a short walk to the Wailea and other shops and restaurants. We enjoyed everything the condo had to offer during our time on Maui and did not want to leave! It is a perfect place to stay! We would absolutely stay here again!

The view of the sunset motivated us to head back in time to barbecue salmon from the lanai as the sun touched the clouds with gold. People in nearby condos were either absent or quiet, so it felt like we had Paradise to ourselves.

Awesome stay

The 180 degree view is just fantastic! The condo has all the amenities; big tv, cable, Bluetooth speaker, printer, cell phone for guests, many kitchen appliances, air conditioning, washer dryer, barbecue, pool close by, and a very comfortable layout. The big selling point is definitely the view. Most of our time at the condo was spent on the lanai enjoying “ the view”!

Condo was very nice and had everything we needed for our short stay. At first we assumed the mirrored wall in the living room and mirrored closer doors were to make the space appear larger. Then we were thrilled to see that they reflected the ocean so you had a panorama-like view inside and out, and made the rooms light and cheery. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Sunset in Paradise

It's a wonderful condo with beautiful landscaping all around. The house is well stocked and all the accessories you need to spend your time at the beach. The sunset is breathtaking and every day presents a different pallete. We love to be back and plan for a longer stay. PS: also discovered that what Nene mom does to keep the younger ones in tow.

Beautiful Wailea cond!

We came to visit our daughter and stayed up country for a few days and then headed to the beach for the rest of our stay! The condo has gorgeous views and is in an awesome location. It is very spacious and clean and has everything you need for your stay! While it rained everyday while we were there at least we had a beautiful lanai to sit on and read our books! Tim and Carolyn were great to work with. We are hoping to come back again soon!

We loved this one bedroom property, great for one couple. Close to all amenities with very good restaurants/bars within walking distance. Our only minor complaint were noisy neighbors during the night and early morning (they apologized when we saw them in the morning). I would expect this to change depending on who was staying next door.

We got Maui'd in November 2002, and ever since, we have been bitten by the Aloha Spirit of Maui and especially Wailea. It is the best part of Maui, with its manicured lawns, golf courses, and great walking paths in front of all the resort hotels.

Wailea Ekolu Village is a privately owned 148-unit residential-resort condominium Association. Ekolu residents enjoy exclusive use of our two swimming pools, nearby GAS barbeque grills, and a recreation pavilion with a complete kitchen and covered open-air lounge. Information on island activities and a library for reading pleasure are available in the Pavilion adjacent to the Office. Our manager resides on the property, and his office and services are the owners' and guests' exclusive benefits.
