Amazing, would stay again!

This property was incredible. We had 6 adults, a 7 month old and 2 shih tzus. The space was incredibly clean and very spacious. We cooked dinner both nights we stayed, kitchen was a bit tight for more than one person but not enough to take anything away from the stay. The location is great and central to lots of Stowe attractions.

This property was delightful - easy location to walk to dinner and shopping. Short drive to hiking spots, brewpubs, wineries, etc. We had a great time and would stay here again.

House was a great location to town (shops, food, hiking, biking, historical sites, etc). Couch and end table are different than the pictures and somewhat worn but all else (bedrooms, linens, baths, staff, garage) was great. We would stay again.

The chalet was a great home base for our first trip to New England area. It had more than enough space for the two couples. The location was great to walk to the downtown shops and some restaurants. Would highly recommend a stay here!

A Comfortable Place to Crash

This clean, comfortable, modern home has everything we needed to chill out after a day spent exploring the outdoors and shopping. We had plenty of space for the four of us to spread out comfortably, along with out two small dogs. The bathrooms were immaculate and the appliances modern with every convenience. We did very little cooking but there were enough things in the kitchen to eat and cook simple meals. The only drawbacks are parking is tight and there isn't much in the way of grounds, but there is a lovely walking trail next door to the fire station following a river that they really enjoyed. The fire station worried me a bit but it was super quiet there, even being right on a main drag. The location is walking distance to downtown and a tiny market. We enjoyed the Recreation path and the beautiful vistas. Stowe is a lovely spot to destress and enjoy biking and hiking along with the gorgeous views. And eating. We have two people with Celiac an the family and there were plenty of gluten free options in the area restaurants. Bonus: When I accidentally left some things behind Stowe Country Homes, the managers of the property, promptly returned my call and arranged for my things to be mailed to me.
