Immerse yourself in the peaceful beauty of Alaska surrounded by old growth hemlock trees and mountain views yet only minutes (by car) to the town of Seward. Construction of our Lodge was recently completed in June of 2017. Enjoy every detailed amenity of this Suite located in a serene setting.

This is a perfect location and set up for people either traveling as a group or traveling independently. Each Suite is completely separate from one another with their own private entrance yet right next door to someone who you might be traveling with. This Suite is a roomy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with a queen size bed in each bedroom. The living room contains a sofa sleeper allowing this space to comfortably sleep six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, pots/pans, dishware, drinking glasses, silverware, and every other kitchen utensil needed. A Coin-Operated Washer and Dryer are located within the oversized bathroom. Just outside your door enjoy your personal BBQ and picnic table located on your own deck.

Quiet, peaceful setting yet only minutes to town!

Our Lodge is about a 7 minute drive to Downtown Seward and 5 minutes to the Seward Small Boat Harbor. There is ample parking within the driveway/parking lot of our Lodge.

There is a Smart TV located in the unit allowing access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. Cable is currently not available in our neighborhood. There is also a DVD player in the condo.

Suites #1, 2, 3 & 4

1. Should the tenants violate any terms of this agreement, the rental period should be terminated immediately.
2. The tenants shall pay for any damages done to the premises over and above normal wear and tear.
3. No animals or pets of any kind will be brought into the premises.
4. There shall be NO smoking inside the premises. Smoking is allowed at least 20 feet from the lodging building. There is a $250 fee for smoking within the unit.
5. The tenants shall have no more than six persons, per condo, reside or sleep on the premises.
6. Tenants shall abide by the ‘Quiet Hours’ between 10pm and 8am on a daily basis.This constitutes no loud noises, interaction, or engagement that may be disruptive to the neighboring units.
7. Tenants shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding renters and property owners.
8. The tenants and tenants’ guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Landlord against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, or loss. Tenants expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss on the property in regards to the real and personal property of the Landlord does not cover the personal property of Tenants, and that Tenants should purchase their own insurance for Tenants and Guests, if such coverage is desired.
9. Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
10. Tenants agree to pay all reasonable costs, attorney fees, and expenses that shall be made or incurred by the Landlord enforcing this agreement.
11. We occasionally experience outages that are beyond our control. No refunds or compensation will be given for such outages.
12. There shall be no refunds of rents because of shortened stays due to work, family emergencies, or inclement weather.
13. It is the tenant’s responsibility to learn about safety precautions and procedures concerning involving oneself in any type of ocean, fresh water, and/or any boating excursions. This also includes abiding by all safety guidelines and precautions when hiking and/or exploring the outdoors, which may involve unexpected terrain, unexpected glacier activity, natural creatures, and/or any other natural occurrences.
