Nombrado uno de los 10 mejores "Mejores en los Estados Unidos" para 2017 Lonely Planet. Ubicación perfecta para una escapada. Esta unidad ofrece una hermosa vista panorámica de la Bahía Choctawhatchee, el Puente Destin y las hermosas playas. Las tarifas de alquiler incluyen servicio de playa gratuito (2 sillas y 1 sombrilla).


La Villa # 406 está en el lado del Golfo del complejo, con la playa a solo unos pasos de distancia. Nueva decoración con HDTV de pantalla plana, cable digital con reproductor de DVD. Cocina completa con todo lo que necesita, incluido un refrigerador grande, lavaplatos, cafetera y licuadora.


Esta propiedad duerme 4 con la cama queen size en el dormitorio y la cama queen size en la sala de estar. No recomendado para más de 4 adultos. Un baño de jardín súper grande con ducha independiente.


El Resort ofrece una piscina climatizada durante todo el año con una cascada, 2 jacuzzis de gran tamaño, una enorme piscina de 5000 pies cuadrados, piscina para niños y área de juegos, área de picnic con parrillas de carbón, un maravilloso centro de ejercicios y una corta distancia a pie del famoso muelle de pesca y paseo marítimo donde se puede disfrutar de una cena frente al golfo. El lado de la bahía cuenta con la laguna Lazy River Lagoon de 700 pies y la piscina climatizada con una cascada que fluye hacia ella. También tiene la convicción de un muelle privado y muelles para alquilar en caso de que decida ir a pescar o alquilar un pontón durante su estancia. Se puede acceder a Bayside utilizando la pasarela en el extremo oeste del tercer piso que pasa por la autopista 98 para su seguridad y conveniencia.

This was the perfect spot for a solo traveler but also accommodated a guest on the sofa couch for a couple nights that decided to join for the weekend. The condo had everything we needed and the location was perfect and priced right!

Not a unit for a family of 4

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property despite being advertised as sleeping 4 people does not sleep 4 people comfortably. We had two adults and two children with us age 10 & 13. The “pull out couch” folded out to an oversized twin couch. There was no possibility for both kids to sleep on the couch so one ended up sleeping on the floor. The accommodations were definitely set up for 2 people- only 4 glasses available, 4 bowels, 4 plates, etc. this property is definitely an investment property for the owner and not focused on guest comfort. The outdoor furniture was rusted 2/4 chairs, so we couldn’t use them as a family outside and the indoor dining table only sat two people. The condo complex itself was great however we will not be staying in this condo unit again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The refrigerator made a noise all day and all night making it difficult to sleep at night. The mattress was very hard and it felt like we were sleeping on the floor. The room had a very musty smell and we had to go buy some air freshener. You advertise that you had seven pools and a lazy river. A few of the pools were VERY small like a community hot tub and the lazy river had lots of debris floating in it.

It was an excellent location. I liked that the parking garage is attached to the hotel on every level, making the room a 30 second or less walk, from the parking spot. The beach service is GREAT!

A week of relaxation

The room is a bit musty and the furniture is dated but the space was a perfect spot to sleep with a quick walk to the beach.

Close to Beach

The unit was clean and description was good. A couple of things had to be addressed with property management, and they were very responsive. Very short walk to beach. Beach chairs have to be reserved every day, sometimes a long check in process. Overall a pleasant stay. Would recommend.

Getaway

We just had a small getaway. The place looked just like the pictures. It was very nice. The only thing I have to complain about is the pillows weren’t very comfortable. I’d bring my own next time. And for some reason we couldn’t figure out the tv the first night. We were outside most the time and I don’t watch tv much anyway. But the last night the tv worked. Otherwise it was perfect

Mother Daughter weekend

I rented this unit for me and my grown daughter to enjoy a fun/relaxing vacation. The check in and check out was very easy and the communication was great. The unit was very clean. The shower needs to be updated, but outside of that the unit was perfect. The furniture was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We were in walking distance to the boardwalk where we visited every night. The pools, lazy river and beach were easily accessible. The two included chairs and umbrella were wonderful. We would certainly stay again.

We had 2 teenage boys and that was absolutely not a queen sized pull out. They were actually looking forward to going home so they weren't scrunched up all night together. Otherwise a fantastic stay!

Great location for a beach getaway

We really enjoyed the amenities at the property. The spas, pools, and lazy river were a great addition to the day after enjoying time in the sand and sun on the gulf side. Having beach service included with our room was a huge cost savings for our trip. An added bonus: There are many restaurants within walking distance. A great place to stay when visiting.

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I did not receive the email and had to request it again. We were given the wrong check in code and room number via text and walked into the wrong room; which was embarrassing. I’ve had breast cancer and I was exhausted. We cleaned the room and could find ZERO help during our stay (the office had the lights out during the day as they didn’t seem to want to be bothered. The maids asked for our food and I bagged up all trash and had to carry it because there were no carts anywhere. They were very rude as I was sick from chemo and trying to get this all out without a cart. They told me to leave they bracelets in the bathroom which I did. I do not feel that they were honest ; not to mention this was not a separate bedroom and the room was covered in sand upon arrival. I love air b and b, but Sugar Sands was a huge disappointment. I just received a message that the bracelets were not in the room. 1st of all we had 3 bracelets and why would we want them... They said toLeave in the bathroom which I did and even though I felt bad I even pulled all the trash, laundry (and our sheets were not clean on the pull out). Not to mention giving food that they asked for us to leave. I was extremely disappointed and they were no help in finding a cart. They said there were non. I must have met 5 families that felt they had been deceived as well .
