Modern 3 bedroom / 2 bath has an open and comfortable layout which includes 10 foot ceilings and panoramic views to ocean front exposure and an amazing pool view that can be enjoyed day and night. Professionally decorated, recently painted, & new furniture throughout! It is conveniently located on the eighteenth floor of Sapphire's highly desired South Tower. The North Tower is very popular because it offers better views and less wind.

Amenities at Sapphire include a 100 yard swimming pool, hot tub, full service day spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, 24 seat movie theater, and a game room with a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, and pinball. Living Room
The living room features new tile floors, beautiful tropical furniture that exudes casual elegance. Look out the wall to wall expansive windows onto the Gulf or step onto the balcony of the gorgeous condo for a panoramic look of the beach and the waves. Living room sofa is a sleeper sofa.

The fully-equipped kitchen features granite counter top, brand new stainless steel appliances, a smooth top stove, full size refrigerator with ice maker, toaster oven, glass blender, coffee maker, electric can opener, electric mixer, and non-stick pots and pans. The kitchen is open to the living room, and also to a dining area that features chairs for three.

The master suite is a private retreat for the couple of the house. The bedroom features a cozy king-size bed, private bath and breathtaking ocean views. Ocean vacation

A wonderful property to rent right on beach. The pool is spacious and there is a game room and theater. Fishing is awesome and the ocean was nice to cool off on. Great for families.

First the pictures in the listing are not at all the furniture/bedding/decor that were in the condo. Which isn’t that big of an issue other than the pictures are much nicer! Check in was a fiasco. We were told we’d be “lucky” if we could check in at 5:30 after we were told 4:00 was the check in time. When we finally were given keys the cleaning lady was still in the room which again is fine but she immediately left when we entered leaving dirty towels and trash behind. The shades in the living room were broken and immovable blocking the incredible view of the pool/ocean. The sliding glass door to the balcony would barely open and good luck getting it shut! It was so disappointing because the view was amazing! Overall the condo was beat up, missing tile in the bathrooms, unpatched holes in the ceiling, minor things but enough that it stood out. Part of the checkout was to start the dishwasher and a load of towels. There was no dishwashing soap or laundry detergent provided. Which wouldn’t have mattered as we discovered the dishwasher didn’t have power and wasn’t even installed under the cabinet (good thing we ate out every meal!). This is our 8th year staying at the Sapphire, we’ve always had a good experience in the past. The location and property are awesome! For what we paid this condo was a disappointing.

The Sapphire was lovely. Restaurant next door was adequate. No bar or restaurant on Sapphire grounds but the Pearl next door has all that. Pinball machines broken for months but game room was nice otherwise. GREAT GYM!!!! Unit was nice. Cute decor. Great TV. Fast elevators. The pools were top notch. HVAC on the top of the Pearl building masked the sound of the waves, but the views were amazing otherwise. We saw a shark swimming in the ocean! Nice vacation overall.

Beautiful property and views.

Our first visit to the SPI and it did not disappoint. Criss was very prompt with any and all questions I had before and during our stay. The property was spacious and wonderful. The pool and other amenities were great! The beach was amazing. Definitely will come back. Thank you for sharing your property and letting us make memories that will last a lifetime.

This unit was absolutely perfect for our family holiday with our three children. The location was right on the beach with breathtaking views of the ocean and incredible pool. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen and living area is large enough to cook and relax simultaneously. The game room was a fun place Cormier kids to unwind and there is a movie theater. Recommended for a nice home away from home for your family.

Great Location

It is in a great location on the island, close to everything. Nice setup. We had a few mechanical issues with the unit. Enjoyed our stay. Recommendation would be to have more washcloths and towels or to let people know to bring some with them. Towels were very limited compared to other VRBO properties we have stayed at. Overall a nice place to stay.

This is a great property for families

We loved our stay. The 18th floor view was spectacular. The resort property was very nice and the staff attentive. The Living Room furniture has been updated to be a large wrap-around leather sofa - which surprised me when we walked in but It was a nice upgrade, very comfy and offered more seating than what is pictured in the listing. Thankfully we brought our own beach towels - we did not find enough bath and beach towels for how often we needed them. Everything in the condo was in great condition except the shower head in the master bathroom needs to be replaced. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely consider this property in the future. Thank you for a much needed vacation spot!

Check in was disconcerting. The desk did not have a record that we were staying there.

After the desk saw my email confirmation and called someone we were able to check in. It was worrisome for a bit!! The view of the roof of the Pearl was not our favorite, but others in our family were in the other tower on the 5th floor with a gorgeous view so we got to enjoy that.

Our stay could not have been better! The host was readily available and very accommodating. The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean! It was very clean and had everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation! It was in great condition and the beds were very comfortable and clean. I wish we could have stayed longer! Overall, the host was excellent and so kind. The ocean view from the 18th floor was stunning and the apartment was in great condition! There is no doubt my family and I will be coming back and staying at this condo - we loved it!!!

Property in need of some TLC

Let's go through the positives. Sapphire is a great property, very nice pool, beach access, lobby and grounds. For those worried about social distancing this property really goes the extra mile. Highly recommended location. Let go through the property (I have stayed on others in the same building). The apartment is in serious need of maintenance, is in dire need of a fresh coat of paint, it looks like the place has the original 10 year old paint job. The master bedroom blind is secure by laundry clips (really!!!) and couple of the dinner seats are about to crumble. Small repairs are needed in some of the walls, kitchen sink, and the balcony needs a serious deep cleaning and restoring. The TV's in the apartment are internet based but bring your own accounts if you want to see anything. Some of the furniture needs replacement and some needs a little TLC. The unit was not very clean when we arrived, we can still see glass rings on the table, food residues on the kitchen counter and fridge handles, soap scum in the master shower and overall a lot of dirt on surfaces. Nowadays I believe this is totally unacceptable. We brought our own cleaning kit from home and wiped out all the surfaces. This brings me to the manager (Padre rentals). After I saw the state of the unit I immediately sent a couple of emails to the manager letting her know about the kitchen and the crumbling seats, since it was thanksgiving I was not expecting an answer that same day. On Friday I called her to ask for a late checkout (which was granted) and when I mentioned my email she just answer "I have it pending for answer today", which never happened. Positive about the apartment; bedding was clean and in good state, kitchen is well equipped (we clean washed everything we used), apartment layout is very nice and still has some of its original allure and internet was fast and reliable. In summary I will recommend the owner to fix things when they break, refresh the apartment, and really pay attention to the cleaning crew. For the agent, not responding doesn't make things go away.

Amazing Space

We loved our stay! Amazing condo, Very spacious, Tall ceiling, great finishes, and the view on the large wide balcony gave us panoramic views! Very comfortable. The property was amazing, excellent beach access close to chair and umbrella rentals. Will stay again.

Awesome views

The view was amazing! More stunning than even advertised. There is plenty of space in the condo. We only came with 4 people but would have been very comfortable with 8 (the maximum). The ease of jumping on an elevator and then walking to the pool or onto the beach was so convenient! There are also beach and umbrella rentals ($35 for day) that came in handy and very affordable. We drove to the restaurants which are with 3-5 min drive. Overall our stay was great. Only improvements I would suggest is that the condo be painted. There are countless scrapes and areas along the walls. A fresh coat of paint would make it look very good. Otherwise, it was clean, nice white sheets, and very pleasant to spend time in.

Breathtaking views

Our stay at Sapphire was great. Renting was easy as well as check in. Only issue we had was there weren’t enough towel hooks in the bathrooms to hang wet towels. Make sure to bring all condiments and anything you might want to use for dinner. The internet was intermittent and would disconnect from the Roku provided. The water was going extraordinarily blue and the ease of getting to the beach was great.

Sapphire is great, the island is wonderful

The unit is far more worn than pictures indicates and that we are accustomed to at the Sapphire. Every chair and couch is obviously stained, several light bulbs out, lamp shades crooked in bedrooms, wall paint needs to be refreshed. Old coffee maker (expecting a kuerig) The second bathroom wasn’t cleaned before we arrived late on day 1 (dirty toilet, toothpaste and hair in sinks) and we called day 2 (the call was received and a cleaning person arrived quickly after the request.) We love the facility and love the island, but will not be renting this unit again.

Great location and access to the beach was great. Bed's were not very comfortable and the washer/dryer combo was not really convenient when we wanted to do more than a load of laundry in a day, drying takes too long. We had to come in and sweep right away as we felt sand everywhere. The unit is very spacious with a great view. We loved the pool and gym.
