This Cayman Condos professionally-managed Oceanview unit offers a full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, cable TV, DVD, central a/c, ceiling fans, hairdryers, safe, washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi and private balcony. Sunset Cove is a *2018 & 2019 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence* property! | | Property amenities include the largest swimming pool on Seven Mile Beach with a swim-up snack and cocktail pool bar, a whirlpool, and a separate shallow wading pool for small children. There is a sandy beach with a protected swimming cove as well as a snorkel reef just outside the cove to enjoy. This Seven Mile Beach property location is convenient to all the action. A variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife, water sports and golf all nearby. | | Trusted on-site professional manager to welcome you on arrival at our office, and help with any questions or problems during your stay. We stay at Sunset condos every year and this is the first time we used your service. The condo was clean, but it was very dated and the ceiling and corners appeared to have mold. Maybe it just needed painting the tub and the guest bathroom did not appear to be as clean as it could be.

Great Stay and Great Location

Great location on 7 mile beach. Beach and pool area are absolutely outstanding. So close to many great restaurants within walking distance. We decided to rent a car and did several day trips and drove to few further restaurants a few nights. There is large grocery store just about 1.5 miles away that we used several times to stock up with groceries. Liquor store is 100 yds behind condo so we stocked up daily to have pool drinks that were much cheaper than swim up bar.

Peaceful paradise

Very well equipped. Unobstructed sea view. Great ocean lagoon. Large fresh water pool with swim up bar. No noise from local construction. Nighttime bar music isn’t overly loud. We are a family of divers, so early mornings are important — great place to relax and rejuvenate! Thank you!

Reviewer Comments: The property itself is perfect, nicely renovated, etc. We've stayed in different units at Sunset Cove for many years because the swim-up bar was great for kids, etc. Really the only problem this year was the roosters which seem to start crowing poolside at 4am. That's less of a problem if you're in the back bedroom or in one of the beach-front units, but if you don't happen to be an early-riser you might grow to hate those roosters...

Sunset Cove condo 301 is great.

Great location, beach is nice, beautiful reef right out from the property. Only thing to improve would be the many of the staff at Margaritaville, not very friendly or helpful at all...
