Could have been better the bed and guest room was broke some of the family was broke drains or clogged no TV for 2-3 days on our fourth day of our six day vacation they're running and now trying to fix things we finally gave up and left on the 5th day and didn't even spend our 6 days there

Very nice place

We enjoyed our stay. Place was clean & fit all of us well. The kitchen faucet is a little wonky to turn & I was a little worried I might break it when I turned it. Overall we would stay here again

I loved the Condo we were in this weekend. It was close to the beach and it the perfect size for our family! We had to wait 15-20 mins before we could check in but other than that it was great!

Nice getaway

Overall this is a good place. Make no mistake-it’s not a short walk to the beach. The place was clean and well kept, the pool and spa was great and the rooms were nice.

Beach trip

Our stay was comfortable. Only complaint could use a little updating and the pool had a tendency to get over run by drinking adults after about 7pm. Other than that very clean and comfortable and would stay again.

Would definitely stay here again!

Suited our family of 6 well. Check-in and check out was a breeze. Nice location, about a 7 min. walk to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans for use. Having a washer/dryer was a great addition. The shower faucets had a bit of learning curve to adjust temperature, and the recliner was a bit clunky, but overall a fabulous stay. Would definitely stay again.

Place is great location but a few things wrong

First of all the main door does not lock on the inside, definitively not good w a toddler. He could easily open the door and be down the stairs in seconds, so we had to be really careful w him. Second my questions were not answered when I texted about things like pool key etc. also the railings on back patio loose, and master bathroom not very clean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off, this is a great location and our overall stay was great but it needs a little updating. Super clean! Great location! We loved our stay! I’m sure owning a rental is hard but it could use some updating. Nothing major. Some fresh paint and a new couch would be fantastic! It was hard to sit and relax in the living room in the evenings because the couch was super uncomfortable. Overall, we would book again but it would be nice to see this happen.

Ok, but needs some updates

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at 3 different units at this property. This was at the bottom of my experiences. We were delayed getting into the unit because of TV issues. When we did, the TV was just sitting on the mantle and not mounted back. Furniture is old, pans were dirty, dishwasher was still full of dishes, washer sounds like a jet plane, 2nd bedroom bed is really noisy. Could use some updates and a refresh. Grass burs are all over the beach area. REMOVE THE CARPET! We continued to pick these out of the carpet from others walking in there with shoes!
