This cozy second floor Island Condo has easy access (a short walk) to the Padre Beach. It has a private balcony & is located close to the building’s private swimming pool, BBQ area, laundry room & fishing dock. This is an efficiency Unit, with queen bed and sofa bed (makes into two twin beds) in the living area & a well equipped kitchen. Just bring your own toothbrush & food. *Unit has video doorbell.*
