¡Este condominio de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños tiene todo lo que necesita para relajarse en el paraíso! Disfrute de vistas al mar y magníficas puestas de sol kona desde su terraza privada.
La cocina bien equipada está totalmente equipada para preparar comidas / bebidas cómodamente y la amplia sala de estar es perfecta para el entretenimiento.
Hay asientos para 4 en la mesa de comedor interior y asientos adicionales para 4 en la terraza, si lo prefiere.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size de lujo con baño privado y acceso a la terraza. El dormitorio de invitados está equipado con 2 camas individuales que se pueden juntar para hacer un rey a petición del huésped. ¡Ambos dormitorios tienen vista al mar para recordarle que está en el paraíso! Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. Condo was clean, spacious, well furnished with sheets and towels, beach gear including coolers, kitchen pans, utensils and appliances. Very quiet and restful location. Lanai was awesome. Close to everything.Only thing I would recommend is that for guests staying more than one week it would be nice if you could provide more cleaning items and paper products.

Room was better than expected. Very nice and very well maintained! Lots of amenities; nice beach chairs, umbrella, towels, comfy beds and the view was perfect!

1204 Kona Makai

The condo was recently remodeled and beautifully decorated. It was very comfortable & well furnished with everything you would want for an extended stay on the island. It is close to the shoreline with such great views that we frequently watched whales from the lanai. We would highly recommend 1204 Kona Makai for anyone looking for a great time in Kona!

Excellent property!

No issues really. The only thing we noticed that might need updating or some repair are the screened patio doors. But overall a 5 rating in our opinion. We would definitely stay here again and use this rental agency.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental unit was very well equipped complete with everything as advertised and more. Every little detail was anticipated with the supplies provided. Received a text after check in, asking if we needed anything. Beautifully decorated, excellent location in the condominium complex with an ocean and pool view. Fell asleep to the sound of the ocean waves each night. I highly recommend 1204 Kona Makai.

Kona Condo in Kona Makai

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Getting into the community was a challenge because we were never given the gate code, if we were it wasn't easily found on the documents given to us. Also, including a map of the development would be super helpful for guests coming for the first time and late at night. We coulndt see the building numbers and had no idea where we were going. We had also traveled from PA and had had a very long, tiring day. More details would have been so helpful. On the check in info it said to look or lane 7? That never made sense to us. The condo itself was totally amazing and we will definitely be back.

Clean and comfortable

My husband, son and I enjoyed a 9 night stay at Kona Makai! The condo complex was easy to find once we studied the map that was sent with our check in. The complex is large and the condo is one of the buildings closest to the water. It overlooks the pool and partial ocean view for the most gorgeous sunsets! The other tenants were extremely polite and quiet. The only noise came from the gardeners in the morning starting at about 8 am. We chose to sleep with our doors open but if you’re sensitive to the noise, you can close the doors and run the A/C. (Fans we’re in every room and we kept them running.). The gardens are beautiful! We spent most of our days exploring and enjoying the entire island, however, our evenings were very enjoyable cooling off in the pool and enjoying the hot tub. We also played tennis and used the exercise room (which is dated and small, but functional.) The BBQs are in great shape! The condo was extremely clean and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. We had a small issue with the internet but Lia from Knutson and Associates quickly responded and came over to get it working. We have stayed at many a rental condos in Hawaii and this was the best! The owners have decorated the condo with beautiful Hawaiian scenes and themes! Moderate walk to town along Ali’i drive (~1.2 mi) but there’s a pedestrian/bike lane but the traffic is busy to moderate. We hope to be back soon!

Peaceful Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This lush property was very peaceful and family friendly. The grounds were very lush and well cared for. The oceanfront location is great...only a mile from the town. The inside of the property was newly renovated in very lovely decor. When a small issue came up with the property, the manager had it taken care of within 2 hours.We enjoyed all the shopping, snorkeling, the manta ray dive and coffee plantations. I highly recommend the new Ola brewery. They have great food and drinks. The Kona Hotel really does have a great happy hour with beautiful views and amazing Mai Tais. We can't wait to go back!

Kona retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in a great area. Lovely views and amenities. One issue was that the master shower drain was not working. Called the property management and they did nothing about it. The people who were there the week before wrote about the same issue and it was not corrected by the time we arrived. When we first got there the toilet was in the hallway. They did finally correct that the next day.

Beautiful Setting

The accommodations were perfect. It is a beautiful area and watching the sunset from the balcony was gorgeous. Overall the property was quiet and clean.

Our home away from home - in paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 7 nights at this really nice condo. And we enjoyed every minute of it there. As soon as we walked in, we thought - wow, what a nice and comfortable place to live - and were sorry to leave. There were plenty of amenities such as beach stuff to use (and we also left our beach bag we bought during our stay - too big to take back), plently of towels, and even some toilettries which we did not have to buy (thanks to those before us, we also left a few things to use), a very comfortable bed with awesome pillows (will try to get some of these back to Germany where we live), a spacious kitchen, washer/dryer (very helpful), 2 extra condo keys so you did not have to use the one in the little keybox next to the enterance of the condo and A/C in 3 rooms. The living room was also very comfortable. You could hear the ocean from the master bedroon. And we made steaks on the "community" Weber grill, which were absolutely delicious. AND saw spinner dolphins in the ocean from the lanai. The whole place is nicely decorated. We treated this place as if it was our own. And were very sorry when our vacation was over. Could easily have stayed a much longer time. There were only 2 issues, but Knutson & Assoc. took care of these little things very quickly. Just for the future guests, be sure to always wipe down the counter and clean the sink as the tiny little ants will find even the smallest of sweet crumbs.If we ever come back, we will look into this unit again.
